The Space:

Soft light fills the living area as you settle in, with space to gather, unwind, and move easily between rooms. Mornings begin at the kitchen island with coffee in hand, while evenings invite you to relax indoors or step outside for a quiet moment on the porch or balcony. Whether you’re here with family or friends, the home offers room to spread out and feel at ease.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes two double beds, offering flexibility for groups. Essentials like bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage are provided, along with heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable.



Bathrooms

There are 2.5 baths, including two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Each is stocked with bathroom essentials, so you have what you need for a smooth start to your day or a relaxing wind-down in the evening.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where you can cook your own meals, with a layout that connects easily to the dining area. A dining table offers a place to gather, share meals, or plan the day ahead. Coffee is available to help you ease into your mornings.



Living & entertainment

The living area is set up for downtime, whether you’re watching TV, playing board games, or simply spending time together. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or handle work when needed.



Family-friendly features

Traveling with little ones is made easier with a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, and baby safety gates. Board games add an extra option for shared time indoors.



Outdoor spaces

Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, or spend time in the backyard. The porch provides another spot to sit and take in the surroundings, offering a simple way to get some fresh air during your stay.



Convenience & essentials

A washer and dryer are available, along with essentials to support both short and long stays. Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going easy, and a private entrance allows for a more independent stay. The home is pet-friendly and also allows long term stays.



Safety & peace of mind

For added reassurance, the property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door and outdoor areas to monitor the parking lot and surroundings.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the concrete driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
