When we needed to do laundry, we realized that the washer would not drain and we had to ring out our clothes by hand. Also one of the mornings we were woken up by the maintenance crew working on our door. And even came into our condo while we had women and children sleeping with no warning. I thought that was very intrusive. Also the currents to the balcony were a pain in the butt to pull close. The toilet seat was broken. Just overall I’d give it a 3 stars out of 5.

When you brought the washer issue to our attention, we immediately spoke with maintenance. They cleared the line of sand and other blockages and believed that it was repairs at that time. In regard to the maintenance crew working on the door, this was the Resort HOA Maintenance. We sent notification to you regarding this job that was required by the HOA without any response from you. Maintenance issues and needs are required sometimes in order to keep a vacation Resort in working order for all guests to enjoy. We understand that this may be inconvenient for you but they cannot reschedule some of the required requests by the HOA. They were not trying to be intrusive in any way. In regard to the balcony, you stayed at a beachfront condo. The mixer of sandy feet going in and out constantly and the salt air make sliding glass doors difficult to open and close sometimes. The broken toilet seat was never brought to our attention. That's always something that guests should notify us of. We would have been happy to address it.
