This spacious 200 sqm. apartment has 3 bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) that accomodate up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a spacious and lovely living room and dining room!

It's the ideal place for groups or families looking for a peaceful stay. The property is located just accross a beautiful park and very close to "El Pentagonito" area where you can enjoy great walks or jogging sessions.

⩥Things to note⩤
The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, only up to 4 visitors will be allowed per day (either if there are 2 or 6 people staying). Visitors must be announced before arrival. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $65USD per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! This additional cost will be charged separately through Paypal before checkin.

For reasons beyond our control, the neighborhood falls outside the coverage area of phone company Entel, which means that there's no phone/data coverage inside the building. Other phone companies work regularly.

Please make sure you have read all the house rules, as per VRBO rules you will be acknowledging and accepting them once you have booked your stay :)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the keys to the building are left on the entrance table.
If used, make sure the garage remote control is put back in the desk drawer.
Wash any used dishes and utensils before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking fine is US$150, plus value of nights for which the place will not be able to be rented, plus furniture and mattress cleaning.
Due to desk hours, check in is only between 4-7pm. If arrive after, there's a $20 fee for host to open door. Getting there will take from 1-2 hours.
Reservations longer than 2 weeks will require weekly cleaning at an additional cost of $65USD per time. Payment is made through the platform.
