I understand your comments about attention. This has been a tough year for replacing our laminate floor . We tried yo replace at first of year and when it arrived they had sent two different colors . I have explained to incoming customers and they understood . It is being replaced in November , I hope 🙏

Excellent location to the beach, pool and just a couple miles driving distance to popular restaurants! Wish I could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back. Communication with the owner Ron was spot on and easy to access, answered each time I needed a questioned answered!

Very nice, clean place and great communication from the host. Short walk to the beach and pool which was super nice. Only thing that could’ve made it better was having beach towels or beach chairs. The kitchen has everything you’d need. This was a great spot for me and my husband’s honeymoon!

The property was everything we wanted. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. We rented bicycles and enjoyed the beautiful trails of Hilton Head along with playing a couple games of pickleball before checking out.Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our place very much. The host was wonderful, checked in with us.We were in the middle of the island super close to everything.Beach was right there a walk away and a huge pool to enjoy. There were two restaurants on the premises, and it was very safe and quiet.There were so many choices of restaurants to go to and places to see.

The room was very clean. It smelled wonderful and was completely stocked with the necessities. Plenty of towels, soap, to, paper towels, etc. The kitchen has all you’ll need for basic cooking even! From pots and pans to a cookie sheet and silverware, plates & glasses! I was very happy with it all! Unless you cannot sleep without your own pillow and blanket you don’t even need them. They have thought of it all! My favorite part is that the freezer has an ice machine!!! The property has plenty of events to participate in at the huge pool, the restaurant on site and the beach front bar both have live music on the weekends, plus the semi-private beach is beautiful!! If we return to HHI we will use this resort and owner again. Thoroughly pleased and had an amazing experience

Great location walkable to Folly Beach at Hilton Head! The condo was as described and has recently had some updates. Kitchen was nice and clean. Ample pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. There was no coffee for the coffee maker or shampoo/conditioner in the shower, so be sure to bring those things.
