Stunning two-story beach condo and right on Miami Beach's Boardwalk accommodate up to 8 guests. This loft style unit was updated with fresh decor last year. Step directly onto the sand from the private patio beach access. The kitchen is big enough for family meals, and you have beach views from both the upstairs balcony and ground-level patio.

Bedrooms are located on the lower level. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom two queen beds, and there's 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. Lots of closet spaces. In unit washer and dryer is a must. Kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and a dishwasher.

Unit entrance, kitchen and living spaces are located on the upper level. The modern furnishings including nightstands, reading lamps, and wall art provide a restful ambiance. Three bathrooms add convenience, with the master bathroom equipped with a shower, tub and a bidet.
On-site amenities include a restaurant, pool, tiki bar, spacious lobby, shops, convenience store, and a tour operator. FREE VALET PARKING

Somewhat disappointed

Was disappointed with the Kitchen, appliances did not work properly, old , dishes in dishwasher when we arrived were dirty we ran the dishwasher again and still were dirty. We washed all dishes, glasses, pot and pans before we used them all, the stove was disgusting the oven takes forever to heat up. There were little roaches coming out of the electrical outlets in the kitchen. Is a shame very nice place, if they would invest just a little money in the kitchen and get new appliances and get an exterminator.Hallway outside the apartment did not smell too good, old and musty. Everything else was pretty good, good access to the beach from the master bedroom on the lower floor, except to come back in you have to go all the way around through the pool and the building. Pool area and tiki bar cafeteria, very nice. Restaurant on the hotel food was very fresh and the service was great, prices were fair.

Not clean at all

Nous étions 7 et la 7e personnes a dû dormir sur le divan lit qui était tres inconfortable.Le logement aurait grandement besoin de rénovation et d'un bon nettoyage. Dommage puisque c'est très bien situé.

This was a surprising good find. It wasn't too expensive so wasn't sure what it would be like. The apartment is very large and overlooks the beach. Very large ensuite bathrooms, ideal for 6 people as it has 3 large double beds sofa bed is upstairs in front room so you could have someone sleep on that but no curtains in front room. Chairs, umbrellas and towels all provided for beach.Blackout curtains in bedroom so really everything was perfect and we had complimentary car parking.

Property needs maintenance

My three girlfriends and I stayed in the unit for 4 days. The condo when you walk in looks exactly like pics. Pros- kitchen very spacious, living room spacious with comfortable couches. The beds were comfortable. They let us check in at noon which was very appreciated. Pool area very clean with a lot of chairs. Plenty of shops and deli very good. Cons- this unit looks like they have had same issues for a while and no one has come to fix anything. The first night I messaged Maintenance as per instruction because the downstairs bedrooms were so hot. Could not get cooled. No response. Next morning woke up water dripping from ceiling upstairs. Sent another text, no response. Went downstairs to security to ask for help. No one came. Finally messaged property manager and someone came within 10 minutes. They stopped the leak and changed our filters (which were so gross and clearly had not been changed in Very long time. The bedrooms never cooled off, air does not work downstairs. There are so many lightbulbs out maintenance didn’t even address it. I went to open glass door upstairs and handle came off in my hand. Then when you go outside looks like they just put stuff on holes and no handle. Water on sinks downstairs is backwards so try cold and hot and one bedroom one side didn’t even work. Do not try to message property manager early they won’t respond until couple days before you check in.you have to pay $5 per bag if you want them to hold luggage due to later flights.

Not worth it

The pictures are deceiving, this place is very old and dank. Water stains on ceiling, stains on furniture, outside area was not clean, old rusted beach chairs. Had to stand in line to check in with security in order to get key code. HUGE spider on wall, we’ve never seen one that big. The only nice thing about the property is that the back area leads directly to the beach. Location is very far from everything else though, had to Uber to the grocery store. Thankfully we only stayed here one night before boarding a cruise. Won’t make this mistake again.

Wonderful views!!

We loved our stay. It was 6 of us, 4 being kids. They provided plenty of towels. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would definitely book again. Worth every penny!

VIVÍ LA EXPERIENCIA DE DESPERTASE EN LA PLAYA

El Apart es realmente cómodo, amplio, silencioso, con camas excelentes, baños enormes, cocina completa y dos balcones que te hacen sentir que estas en la playa, tu propia salida a Miami Beach. Realmente nuestra estadía fue EXCELENTE!!
