Great getaway!

We spent five nights here, ages 18 months to 84 years. So nice to have 4 bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The condo is roomy and well stocked. The pool and courts are great. Definitely recommend.

Excellent stay

Awesome Condo. Will definitely be back. Great central St George location, condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The space and layout made it fun for a family. Nice large kitchen table and well equipment kitchen for cooking. Hot tub was nice also! Only negative thing to say was it was frustrating to find, even with their directions.

Spring had sprung!

The long weekend we chose to go to St George was perfect weather wise but a lot of things were closed, ie Tuacahn, etc. The property was perfect for our family size and it was clean. The amenities were great. We had some difficulty finding the unit and the gas grill didn’t work but maintenance got it fixed just in time to use it. (Thank you!). I would suggest that a few more large serving bowls, some cookie sheets and measuring spoons, cups, etc, would make the kitchen more functional. We would rent there again.

Perfect little getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your location. The room situation was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and TV's galore. The only thing that could use cleaning is someone actually scrubbing the showers, and the 2 front bedrooms metal bed frames kept our kids up all/night every night because they squeak every time you move in the bed. It was almost tempting to put the mattresses on the floor. Loved, loved, loved the washer and dryer....we used it almost every day. Loved that there was a grill outside the back patio and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. We would stay here again. The location is also great. Not to far from most anything that you might frequent.

Not impressed at all

This is our 3rd time staying at Estancia, and this was by far the worst unit we’ve stayed in. The unit was not clean at all, and there was a sewage smell inside the unit the entire time we stayed. The floors “looked” clean, but when our baby would crawl on the floors, her hand and knees were black. Also, the pictures you see on the listing are NOT what you get in the condo. The listing is much nicer than the current condition of this property. The carpets and rugs were stained and dirty, the bedspreads were stained and smelt awful. The washing machine is covered in black mold, and had an awful smell. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit. We love the Estancia resort, but I would not recommend staying at this unit.

This place was amazing! We had 4 couples and we all were able to stay comfortably! The rooms were all so clean and well stocked with things we would need of forgotten. The communication between us and the owner was SO GOOD! There is a door in the pantry that leads into the next unit over and we realized it was unlocked so we could get into the next unit and vise versa. We messaged the owner and within an hour they had someone there to lock it and sort it out!! It was so nice that it was taken care of quickly. (They said that doesn’t happen ever and was a one time mistake so that’s why I mentioned it, I just wanted to say how good the communication was)And you can’t really tell but right out the back door is the pool!! So it’s so close. We will be back!

Perfect for a small group with tons to do

We stayed for 3 nights with our family of 6 and our friend's family of 5. We had plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. It was so convenient that everyone had their own bathrooms as well. The location of this specific unit is so so great. The pool/hot tub and basketball and pickleball courts were right out our back sliding door. In addition, this unit is ground level which made for easy in and out. We brought scooters and the kids rode them all over the complex sidewalks. We had plenty of parks close by. It's a little far ish (only 4 miles) off the freeway but has plenty of amenities close enough. We couldn't have asked for better weather for our winter weekend getaway. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking.

Ideal for our team!

We had eight ladies on our team for the Huntsman Games and everyone was able to secure their very own bedroom and bath. The condos were perfect, clean and had enough room for lounging and eating all together. We really enjoyed our stay here. The elevator was a plus especially after our long games each day. The previous condo we stayed in didn't have an elevator and that was difficult after a strenuous day of volleyball.

Great place in a great area

My family recently went on vacation and stayed in this condo and we were very pleased. We love to travel and do it quite often, especially to St. George and this has been one of our favorite condos. It's very new and very well kept. It even had a washer and dryer which was nice because of our long stay away from home. Loved this place.

We had such a nice stay here! The beds are super comfortable and the whole place feels spacious and new. Tons of space for parties or family functions and so many places to sleep! The pool is awesome as well. No complaints here, thank you!

Classy, Large & Comfortable Condo

My large family and I visited this condo and fell in love with it. It is very spacious as each bedroom has its own TV, fancy bathroom, and comfy bed. The living space is beautiful and large enough for our large family - with room to spare! Out of all of the places we have stayed in St. George, this has definitely been our favorite. There were also a lot of nearby things to do like explore the vast amount of land behind the condo, swim in the kid-friendly pool, and play basketball. The condo even comes with sporting equipment. What a great condo!

BLOWN AWAY!

What a fantastic resort experience! The owners obviously spared no expense in furnishing this unit. The quality was unbelievable! All the amenities we needed on our stay were provided with plenty of room to spare. They even had equipment for pickle ball and basket ball above the washer and dryer!! SO MUCH FUN!! The place was huge!! The beds were unbelievably comfortable (hands down the best sleep I have had in a bed with 2 toddlers ever!!), amazing TVs in each room, plenty of bathrooms, an open kitchen/family room, and a back door to the pool!! It was wonderful staying on the first level as well! I was very pleased not having to haul the family luggage very!! The first floor access wasn't the only great location feature, the resort itself is located near everything we wanted to get to in town! So great. I also found out that the unit next door can be rented simultaneously enabling the potential for an UNBELIEVABLE FAMILY EXPERIENCE!!! I AM DEFINITELY BOOKING BOTH UNITS FOR MY NEXT FAMILY REUNION IN THE FALL!!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

Comfortable, great layout for our 4-couples getaway

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for all of us to gather for meals and games around the table. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when we booked the condo we were told that we would get 8 passes a day to the green valley amenities, and I confirmed it with the management company at booking time as well...but when we got to the condo there were no passes and after calling we were told that starting that week (the weekend we were staying), they no longer were offering passes to green valley. We were definitely bummed because we were looking forward to a weekend of racquetball, basketball, and swimming (indoors). We were allowed into Green Valley using someone else's pass for one day, which was nice, but we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities that we had planned on for any of the other days. Other than that mix-up, it was an enjoyable getaway.

GREAT VACATION GETAWAY!

A groups of friends and I traveled to St. George and stayed at the newly built addition of Green Valley, "Estancia" condo's. When you enter the home you really appreciate the open concept. It's beautifully decorated with current trends, I love the owners sense of color and style. The large kitchen is well stocked with everything a large group could need and roomy enough for all of us to work in. The dining table accommodates 10 with a breakfast bar that seats 5. We each had an en suite bedroom that was spacious and a more than comfortable bed. This home is immaculate, comfortable and spacious. We can't wait to return next year! I highly rate and recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the gorgeous St George area.

Luxury condo at its best

This condo was pure luxury, everything brand new and wonderful quality. The bathrooms were gorgeous, the linens were wonderful quality and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make a nice meal . It was also extremely spacious, great location right across from the pool area but far enough away to still be quiet. Many activities to do at the resorts, plus everything the beautiful St George area has to offer. We went for a girls weekend and had the most amazing time! We will definitely return again to these condos.

Exquisite!

Our Bunco group (10 women) recently stayed in Reunion Suites, and what a great time we had! These units are gorgeous, so beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathrooms and they are very spacious. All the appliances are top of the line and we had every convenience. We had access to the Las Palmas facilities, but the new pool and pickle ball courts, which I understand will be completed soon, look like they will be a lot of fun. Definitely looking forward to my next stay here.
