Our newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of New York City is just a stone`s throw away from Columbia University and the beautiful Morningside Park. This spacious and inviting space is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of the city while enjoying the tranquility of this historic neighborhood.
As you step inside, you`ll immediately notice the spacious and open layout that defines our apartment. The comfortable living area seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining space, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The abundant natural light filtering through large windows enhances the overall ambiance. Our apartment boasts a modern and open design, where the living area seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining space, creating an ideal setting for socializing and relaxation. Kick back on the comfortable sofa, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy the natural light streaming in through large windows.
• HOME LAYOUT • Single Level Apartment Bedrooms, Kitchenette, Full Bathroom, Dining Space
• BEDROOM • The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night`s sleep. Ample closet space is available to store your belongings, and fresh linens are provided for your comfort.

• BATHROOM • The apartment has a full bathroom and is supplied with bath essentials (shampoo, body wash), towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
• SHEETS/TOWELS • The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of guests.

• KITCHEN & DINING • The apartment features a functional kitchenette with basic appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious and simple meals during your stay. The dining area with a table for four is a great spot for sharing meals and stories.
• LOCATION • The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Please be advised that there is no elevator in the building and is only accessible via stairs. The home is centrally located to the restaurants, shops, and other popular places nearby. Morningside Heights is a vibrant and culturally rich neighborhood located in the northern part of Manhattan. Nestled between the Upper West Side and Harlem, this neighborhood is characterized by its unique blend of academic institutions, historic architecture, cultural landmarks, and a diverse community.

• PARKING • There is limited free street parking on a first come first serve basis, but a lot of paid parking is available. The only FREE parking is street parking and depending on the time of day, street parking may be hard to find. Please note that if you park on the street you must follow street sweeping rules (which will be posted).

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES • Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
• OTHER AMENITIES • The apartment comes with high-speed wifi, smart TV with streaming apps, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, & toaster oven HOUSE RULES Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.
• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we`re able to accommodate an early check-in, there`s an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the building. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
•DAMAGE WAIVER AND GUEST LIABILITY: All direct bookings include participation in our Accidental Damage Waiver Program. This program is not insurance, but a limited waiver of liability provided in exchange for a non-refundable fee paid with your reservation. This waiver is offered on the condition that all accidental damage is reported to Elevate Vacation Rentals prior to check-out. Failure to report damage may result in full financial responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacements.
•NON-REFUNDABLE CARD PROCESSING FEE: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) will be deducted from the refunded amount and is non-refundable.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping costs are the traveler’s responsibility. There is a minimum $25 shipping charge plus a $50 service fee. As our cleaning team manages multiple properties daily, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for locating or shipping returned items. We will make every reasonable effort to locate lost belongings after check-out; however, we are not liable for items left behind. Unclaimed items will be donated if not claimed within 14 days of check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME • - Location: The apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator access.
- Fireplace: The fireplace in the apartment is for decorative purposes only and is non-functional.
- Noise: We would like to kindly remind you that in the evening, there may be some noise originating from the neighborhood considering the central location of the home.
- Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building.
• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • 1. Can I check-in early? • We`ll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we`re unable to. Of course, we`ll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage? • We don`t have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. You may check Vertoe for nearby luggage storage options.
3. Do you offer daily clean? • We don`t offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.
4. Do you replace towels and sheets? • We don`t usually replace towels and sheets. We`d be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies? • Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you`ll need to purchase more on your own. HOUSE RULES Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.

the property was exactly as described. perfect for 2 people.my only complaints apply to me(74 yrs old) and my niece(46 yrs old). Would have liked more storage for clothes and bathroom accessories. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics but instructions on how to use the oven item and stovetop would have been nice as neither of us were familiar with the items. I had asked in advance about the tv but would have liked some more info on streaming or smart tv, I wanted local national channels as well and could'nt find them. Don't know if the upstairs unit or units are rented out also or are private but whoever was upstairs was noisy as hell all through the night....
