Awesome place!

Nice bright unit that is well maintained, very clean and has a great view! Not a single thing was needing attention and had everything we needed to make a great vacation except food. They even had all the spices and coffee and tea. Also had all the beach stuff needed to leave the property and explore other beaches without having to rent or buy other equipment. Outstanding overall experience!

Girls get away and Anniversary

Brought my daughters for a girls trip. We had an amazing time. This property is beautiful with great views of the ocean. We loved the Villa. It was very luxurious, and had everything we could ever need. We were able to rent SUPs and Kayaks and snorkels to use at the beach. My husband met us after a few days and we celebrated our 29 Anniversary while there. The Villas are in a great location to restaurants, golf, beaches, and shopping. We loved our stay.

Amazing beach condo

This is a beautiful condo, high end finishes, with spectacular ocean views. The pool and beach are great and there is shops and restaurants are right across the street. Entire experience for my family of 5 was fantastic.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is absolutely amazing down to every detail! The owners have completely anticipated all needs of people staying there. We were a family of 5, with three kids ages 15-26, and J405 was perfect! The pictures live up to the actual property. J405 is very spacious with views we will never, ever forget! The furnishings and bedding were absolutely luxurious and we all slept so well there. If I could purchase the bedding from the owner I would! We were so comfortable there and not crowded in the least. The kitchen was absolutely perfect, with everything you could possibly need. Plus, the property, pools and beach were super as well as beautiful. The beach was the best beach we have ever been to. We never had to fight for chairs at the pool, and towels and sunscreen were provided. Great shopping was also available just behind the penthouse, and 3 golf courses minutes away. My son played golf, and the family did a sunset golf tour and got great photos. So much to do or not do. The balcony had such terrific views it was just so nice to sit out there in the mornings and afternoon. We highly recommend this penthouse if you want a dreamy get-away in Maui. The location, amenities, layout and furnishings were perfect!

Loved the view

This property was absolutely beautiful. From the decor, to the amentities, to the view. My favorite part was waking early (east coast time) and watching the sun rise and how beautiful the sky was. The villa had absolutely everything we could need - detergents, coolers, chairs, towels, coffee. We ran to the store next door for some minimal essentials since we dined out most days and cooked rarely. The worse part is the uphill walk back to the villa from the pool and beach area. But it was a good way to get steps in and keep you healthy while on vacation.

Beautiful unit, spectacular views

The unit was absolutely beautiful. High quality construction and the owners have thought of everything. Kitchen is incredible and appointed with anything you could imagine. Fridge x 2 is a nice bonus. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Beds are very comfortable and each bedroom with a high end bathroom. The master bedroom has amazing ocean views as well. The property itself is well located next to a shopping center, with plenty nearby. Despite that, it feels quiet and relaxed. There is a nice kiddie pool and a more relaxed adult pool right by the ocean. Staff available to set up umbrellas by the beach which is a short walk from the unit. Absolutely a great experience and would repeat it in a heartbeat.

Amazing Getaway in Paradise!

My wife and I along with our 2 sons and their wives, just returned from a week at Wailea Beach Villas J405. From the moment I first contacted Tropical Villa Vacations, which is now called Private Paradise Villas, all the way to the greeting and Villa walk through, they have been absolute professionals. I even told them that this was a surprise trip for my family and they helped me to keep the secret. Everything was done as promised, including all paperwork and transactions. Now for the villa. I had been looking at the pictures of J405 for some time wondering if it will look like it does in the photos, because sometimes the pictures look so much better. I was wrong, the pictures don’t do it justice, the 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit was AMAZING. Absolutely spotless when we walked in, completely stocked with everything that we needed in the bathrooms, bedrooms and especially the kitchen. Full of top of the line appliances, gadgets and gizmos. We took full advantage of making most of our meals in the kitchen or the outdoor Viking grill and then eating outside on the lanai at our table for six, watching the sunset almost every night. Whether it was grilling outside or using the stove top, everything was there at our disposal. It was truly a week in paradise. The Wailea Beach Villas complex was beautiful, from the superb landscaping to the lobby to the short walk down to the infinity adult pool, the pool and beach attendants, the security guard house as you drove in, everything felt so exclusive, always relaxed, never stuffy and every member of the staff…everyone, was always smiling and super friendly. We have already talked about going back…the best vacation that we’ve had. In the past, any family trip consisted of staying in a hotel and having to book 3 rooms, while dealing with large crowds that can sometimes get too rowdy and going out for every meal. This trip has changed all of that and raised the bar at the same time. We can’t imagine ever staying in a hotel again. We will be back and only use Private Paradise Villas. Beyond expectations!

This place is truly exceptional; the panoramic view of the ocean, the beautiful decor, the comfort- all exceeded our expectations. This is perfect for families as they have thought of everything you need for an amazing vacation stay. We felt so relaxed during and after our stay. All 5 of us agreed, grilling on the lanai with that amazing view was the best meal experience we had. The pools were never crowded; the adult pool was gorgeous, right on the beach. My husband and I agree, we can't imagine staying in a hotel on Maui again after this experience. The rental process through Tropical Villa Vacations was easy and efficient. The property staff was both friendly and accommodating. There's always that apprehension after viewing a place online and wondering if it will be as good as it appears; put that feeling to rest here.

Perfect location in Wailea,Maui!

This was a great choice for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The views are to die for! Rented through Tropical Villa Vacations, they were easy to deal with, great on follow up. This unit is very well appointed and I agree with another reviewer, all I really needed was a light carry on as the unit has EVERYTHING! We were with our 20 something son and girlfriend. Lots of room and they get the Dodger channel! Will will definitely stay again. HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful property in Wailea, Maui

This is a beautiful penthouse property in the luxurious Wailea Beach Villas. The property was rented through Tropical Villa Vacations. The rental process was efficient and truthful, and Yvonne the concierge did not steer us wrong with any of her recommendations. The Sea Breeze Suite was so well appointed with all high end amenities, I could have just brought a carry on piece of luggage for the 7 days we stayed as every last detail was provided! I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this property: great view, quiet, luxurious,nice exercise facility,great pools with attendants providing service at the pool and the beach, comfy beds, laundry facility in the unit, and daily housekeeping service. It was perfect for the 6 of us staying here. I will definitely return to stay in this property!

LUXURY IN PARADISE !!!!

We had seen the beautiful photos online of Sea Breeze Suite, but we were all blown away when we walked into the condo. Our two twenty-something sons and girlfriends were vacationing with my husband and me, and the trip could not have been more special for any of us. Tropical Villa Vacations, the wonderful concierge service, met us as we pulled up and had someone there to carry all our bags and groceries into the unit. The view, 180 degrees overlooking the water, beach and, of course, sunset, was to die for. The furnishing were exquisite, the art work amazing and the kitchen fully furnished. It was a two-minute walk to the beach where chair and umbrella service was available and complimentary. The pools were relaxing and the grounds so beautiful. The Shops at Wailea were literally across the driveway with fine (and fun) restaurants and great shopping. I kept trying to think of anything lacking, but I gave up! This place has it all. For a very special vacation, this is where you want to be!

Best place to stay in Maui

We stayed for 8 nights and had one of the best trips of our lives. Two adults and two teenagers. Everyone had a room and this unit had every amenity that you could think of right down to the popcorn maker and griddle for Hawaiian pancakes. The view was outstanding and it is close to everything including the mall and dining for the kids and dinner at the Four Seasons for us. We can wait to come back next year and spend more time. The staff was great and made us feel welcome without being intrusive.
