The private owners of Sea Breeze Suite J405 envisioned a luxurious residence featuring the finest quality furniture and art when they purchased and decorated this fine vacation residence. Furnishings have been sourced from Barbara Barry for McGuire, Bolier, Restoration Hardware and other top-tier design houses. In-villa art selections including original works by Cheryl Kline, Peter Lik, Dewitt Jones and Kim McDonald.

The palette of Sea Breeze includes light neutrals and taupe, and a mix of blue and green tones ranging from forest green to aqua and teal. The overall effect is tastefully subdued but warm and inviting, as well as restful and soothing. The uncompromising attention to detail in selecting the very best furniture, artwork and decor has combined to create an absolutely stunning resort residence.

Within J405, there are three private bedroom suites and three full bathrooms each with a tub and shower, with more than 2,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.

Sea Breeze Suite has some of the largest state-of-art flat panel HD televisions cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls. The Great room has a 75" TV, the ocean view master bedroom has a 65" TV, the second mountain view master bedroom has a 55" TV, and the third bedroom has a flat panel oversized HD TV. The great room and all three bedrooms each have HD cable boxes or Bose Stereo Sound Systems, iPod docks, and Netflix accounts.

The alfresco panoramic ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill, an outdoor dining set, and outdoor lounging furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is complete with a power juicing machine, espresso machine, dual coffee makers, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, food processor, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices/herbs, assorted coffees, a full set of cookware, service ware, small devices, and other conveniences. The kitchen has plenty of room to store your groceries, as well as two separate refrigerated beverage drawers, double freezer drawers, two Sub-Zero refrigerators, built-in microwave, convection range, Bosch dishwasher, and a ceramic glass Ceran cooktop.

In the laundry room a generous array and volume of assorted supplies are stocked for your use, along with abundant extra towels and bed linens.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied.
