Beautiful Deer Valley Location

This easy condo in its beautiful Deer Valley location, near Snow Park Lodge, comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. This condo is also conveniently located next to the free town-wide shuttle for access to Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, and historic Main Street.

The main suite features a queen bed and a 32" TV/DVD, a full en suite bathroom and a private balcony with gorgeous mountain views. The guestroom offers two twin beds (can be converted to a king with advanced notice), a 32" TV/DVD, and a relaxing reading nook. A full bath is adjacent to the second bedroom and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The main level is laid out in an inviting open floor plan featuring comfy furniture and a warm wood burning fireplace. There's a 46" TV with Blu-ray DVD and large sliding doors for natural lighting and accessing the private patio.

The full kitchen with upgraded appliances has everything you need for preparing and serving meals. The dining table has seating for 4 plus there's seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, private hot tub, private garage parking for two cars, charcoal grill, private deck with patio furniture, and a complimentary mid-week clean in the winter for stays of 6 nights or more. Moderate rating.

We had a great stay. The only thing I would mention is that we happened to stay during a rare heat wave and there’s no air conditioning so the unit was pretty warm in the late afternoon and early evening even with the windows open. Also, it could be stocked better. Things like laundry detergent and salt and pepper weren’t in the unit when we checked in. Overall we had a great stay and it’s a beautiful area and the condo is in a good location.

Very nice ambience, family friendly and good location. The townhouse has a beautiful view and it’s within minutes walk to snow park lodge. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great location for Deer Valley skiing

We enjoyed our stay. It was a short drive to skiing at Deer Valley. The garage was very useful in keeping our car out of the snow. The kitchen could have used some pot holders and kitchen towels, but otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

Location was wonderful and quiet! Home was clean! A few things that would have made the unit more comfortable.1. Upgrading the size of the bed in the master bedroom. A full size bed is a bit small for a couple. 2. Adding patio furniture to the backyard. The weather is the reason we came and so having an outside area to sit would be really nice. 3. Pay special attention to the no ac detail, I missed that, it was quiet warm highs in the upper 80s when we were there and cooling the rooms down for bed was a bit tough.

The bed in the master bedroom is actually a queen but if you have a king at home, it can look small. We do provide fans and portable A/C units at Queen Esther since there isn't any A/C. Great location, comfortable condo and very good management service. Only complaint was the condo's weak outfitting of kitchen items. Replace the broken tea kettle and cheap coffee maker for minimal cost.

The property and condo were excellent. The only complaint/disappointment is that of the hot tub and the safety risks involved with little or no access to walk around and the glass wall that someone could go thru if they were to slip and fall against it. You either have to sit and scootch across the equipment or try to walk around the abutment structure with zero bars to hold on to or steady yourself. Also, communication would've been nice to know exactly when the service tech was going to just walk in on us to service the tub! Kind of felt violated with all of our stuff out and that someone had been in the house.

Nice place, great location. Hot tub was out of service. Fireplace was nice along with provided wood. You might consider providing fire logs which are much easier to use and less mess.

It will require an extensive removal and repair so we discontinued reference to it and the door to the alcove is closed. Great Location!

Overall the property was great! Location provided easy access to DV Resort each morning, and to PC Main Street at other times. The amenities were good, especially the indoor spa. We would love to stay again. I would just ask the owners to ramp up the WIFI which was very slow and spotty. Based on my experience with other VRBOs, there should also be more kitchen essentials, i.e. dish towels, cooking oil, salt & pepper, and tupperware for leftovers. There more bath towels and laundry detergent if laundry is an amenity. Again, this was a great place to stay, and we would stay again, just a few tweeks, as mentioned above.

An Exceptional Stay in Park City

My stay at this Park City property was exceptional. The location was ideal, offering serene pond views from the couch and easy access to tourist attractions while maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. The indoor hot tub was a delightful convenience, and I thoroughly enjoyed Sunday mornings on the patio with beautiful weather. The property’s pathways were perfect for evening walks. The ceiling fans and portable AC units in the master bedroom and living room kept the temperature just right, providing a comfortable escape from the outdoor heat. The white towels and linens added a luxurious spa-like feel, and the electronic curtains ensured privacy whenever needed. Communication with the property management was excellent. I absolutely loved my stay. Thank you.

Everything was good. I do recommend pans to be replace they are old and some handles are lose which makes it dangerous when you are cooking especially on a gas stove. Frying pan all TEFLON surfaces are scratched and its not healthy to consume Teflon which is cancer related.

We called about an early check in and were told to text day if. We did, no response. Upon check in a 4, the housekeepers were still cleaning. They rushed out without vacuuming and mopping. Place was very dusty. They supposedly came back the next day to finish cleaning, but we didn’t notice much of a difference. No garage door opener was left either. The hot tub was broken and was supposed to be fixed on Monday but they never came to fix it. No one ever checked in to see if things were taken care of. Too many issues for a vacation and the lack of follow up was very disappointing.

While we do our very best to allow early check-in times, if the property had someone leaving the same day as an arrival, it has to be prepared for the next guest. The guest service staff always checks with the cleaning crew to get a status and they we reply back to the guest with the correct information, which can take a little bit of time. And, yes sometimes hot tubs can stop working and repairs are scheduled with an outside vendor. If they can't get to to the tub to repair it, happens we do provide a rebate to our guest. Again, we appreciate the review and we share it with all of our staff so we can improve upon our services. Thank you!
