The dogs enjoyed the well fenced and large backyard. Glad it was a pet-friendly rental. Host was accommodating and answered promptly. Wife enjoyed the lemon ginger tea and excellent sheets and pillows Very positive experience
Perfect location and beautiful neighborhood. Home is well-equipped with lots of towels/linens, cookware, and a fully-stocked coffee station. Neighbors upstairs were a bit heavy-footed, but after sharing this news with the host, things quieted down. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter at Tulane.
Our host Ami responded quickly to all the questions we had about the area and the rental. The rental itself was comfortable and clean; parking was easy and convenient. The location was ideal for visiting a wide variety of venues. Beautiful area - close to the Audubon Park.
This place was super cute and comfortable. Nice back yard. Good location with streetcar across street. The shower in the front room was very small but other than that it was a cool place to stay!
Everything was fantastic about our stay. The location, property, and the host were more than we could ask for. Next time we're in New Orleans we'll be staying here again!
This rental is the bottom floor of a duplex. It was very lovely, clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. Ami was very responsive and helpful. I was a little disappointed by how much we could hear the people walking and moving around upstairs. Just something to be aware of, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.
One of the best hosts ever, very prompt responses and good directions. The place was better than described. In New Orleans always be careful about on street parking, but this felt very safe, an actual parking lane along the street. Many extras in the house. Comfortable and clean!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Was very clean and easy to get to from Interstate.
Great neighborhood/safe location but still pretty close to the quarter and many other venues. Good value for 2BDR in the core of NOLA.Roomy and comfortable. Would be great for people with pets (we didn't have any with us though).Host very good with communications/friendly. Two factors for rating 8/10 instead of 10/10:-Property is the bottom floor of a two story with noisy/active people on top floor, starting early in the morning, we were woken up multiple times during our stay.-Parking is not in the driveway, and street parking in front of house is restricted during the week to certain times due to a school zone, requiring parking down the block or moving to accommodate school zone times.
This place is wonderful, very comfortable, seems to be close to everything. We have 2 basset hounds and this is one of the nicest pet friendly places we have ever stayed. Ami has thoughtfully appointed it with anything you might need. And she was wonderful to work with. We felt very much at home and will be staying there in the future.
Ami was super sweet and responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we had.House was large enough for us and our 2 dogs, very comfy. Nice back yard for our fur babies.
Super easy to find, and place was bigger and better than we expected - a great find! Responsive host, and overall a terrific place - we will likely be back!terrific place!
We enjoyed staying here while visiting Book Festival at Tulane. Loved the location: street car stop right in front of the home and super easy. Also a pleasant walk to campus. The apartment is well appointed and clean, and the host was fantastic and super friendly and helpful.

Why they chose this property
Carrollton is a great neighborhood. Less touristy and calm, but has small grocery stores and coffee shops. Lots of people walking dogs and catching the streetcar.
What makes this property unique
Let the dogs run in the large, grassy fenced yard or walk to Marsalis park with the kids. 3 blocks to Panola cafe for breakfast or sit on the porch and have drinks in the afternoon. Live like a local.
