Great Stay!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

Nice 4 bedroom condo

Nice condo. Only negative is no bathroom on the main floor. If there are senior citizens in your group who can’t do stairs easily, I would stay at a hotel.

Great home base for 11 women cyclists

Plenty of room for 11 women looking to cycle roads and trails. Roads, trails, wineries, quaint towns with shopping, beautiful vistas. Pool was a plus. Manager actually overcommunicated. Responded quickly to questions. Plenty of parking for a big group. Walk up hill behind condo for a beautiful sunset.

Really enjoyed our stay! Pluses were bathrooms for everyone. Really no negatives except the no electricity in master bathroom. Would recommend putting hardware on kitchen cub boards, difficult to open, could cause some frustration & eventual damage. Overall very happy Thanks!

We had 10 people so the 4 bed/4 bath was ideal. We were pretty disappointed that the living room fireplace did not work properly. There were a lot of "rules" for the renters but not much for the people renting the property. Also some of the blankets were dirty and not usable.

Multiple Family Stay

Perfect size for multiple families. Stayed with my in-laws, wife & daughter, plus my wife's brother and his kids. Plenty of room for all of us. Remodel looks great, new carpet throughout. My wife's uncle lives in Leelanau, so the party that brought us up was 5 minutes from the condo, making it a perfect location. The closed ski lodge next door is a bit of an eye sore, but that's not the owner's fault. My daughter and nieces enjoyed the pool and open area behind the condo to run around. I believe my brother in-law hiked up the mountain as well. If you need to be around Cedar or in the Leelanau Peninsula with a large group, this is as good of an option that your gonna find.

We loved the location (city), however be prepared to drive when you want dinner or shopping, but we knew this in advance so were fine. The abandoned ski resort was eerie but neat too. Other family members who live nearby remember when it was a busy and bustling place...scenery of Up North can't be beat! Overall stay was relaxing but too short!!The only negative is that the lowest level is not air conditioned and when running the dryer and after showering, it gets warm.

Family getaway

Secluded and quiet. Abandon ski resort, so the hill was great for hiking! 5 mins to nice beach that is open all night. Place has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths comes with washer and dryer and decent wi fi, so great for family gathering. Kitchen was well stocked even had crock pot! Grill was older, but it worked great. Furnishings (very old and dated) and appliances (fridge took awhile to get cold, but it did stay cold after it cooled down) could use updating. Need to clean the place better (stains on carpet and sofa, lots of dust, bathroom). Overall, it worked because we didnt spend much time there but to eat sleep and shower (just don't all shower at the same time you'll freeze)!
