Hi! You all left our property spotless. We are very happy you enjoyed staying there. We enjoyed having you all. We got a good laugh out of the note on the fox hunt. Hilarious!! 😃😂
The home was absolutely lovely and comfortable. Kim and Carl were very prompt in responding. The neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.
Ten star stay. Home away from Home.
Very clean well appointed home. Decor was so on point and well thought out. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen with coffee and tea bar. The coupon for the delicious pizza was very much appreciated after driving all day. Easy dinner anyone!
Great hosts and lovely outdoor area. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.
We stayed at the Foxtrot Inn over one of the coldest weeks on record. The only issue we had was that it got chilly in the living room and mud room.
Other than that it was a quaint little get away in small town Kansas. Not too far away from food and shopping.
The Baldings were great hosts. They left us to our vacation, but were only a text away if needed. They checked up on us afew times throughout our stay and helped up to feel right at home.
Wish we could have enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor amenities, but we will be back!
The entire property and home was super clean and efficient. The HVAC Blew cold and the water was hot. Perfect place to stay and will deff return. Fox time.

Thank you so much! We are happy you stayed with us. The house was immaculate when you left and we really appreciate that! Thank you again.
This was a fabulous resting place! I literally asked the host for the brand of mattresses she has on the property. We felt very safe and the host even decorated the property for the holiday weekend. I can not give ten stars, but would if VRBO let me.
We were presently surprised how nice the house was. Having grown up in Cunningham, we were expecting a recently painted older house. Boy were we wrong!!The house had been recently completely updated. The kitchen was small but well organized with like new appliances. The floors throughout the house were excellent. When I looked at the walls, they all appeared to have been painted by a professional. Nice furniture and tv.The bathroom was clean and modern. I really liked the walk-in shower…with shampoo and body wash dispensers instead of bar soap.Another highlight was the grain bin patio with new propane grill, big table with lots of comfortable chairs. We enjoyed a relaxing evening with the kids and grandkids. We will definitely try to book again when we visit family in Cunningham again.
