Weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location, room lacked proper circulation of air. Recommend installing ceiling fans to improve comfort of stay. Box fans do not suffice when hot and lacking breeze

We appreciate your feedback. Like you had mentioned we do offer box fans in each of our units to help support air flow in our units. You are also able to open up windows in the unit as well. We appreciate you recommending us to others.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Newer updates are nice but issues with windows needing repair, pictures not on walls where they were before and mattress that really needs to updated. True Airbnb/VRBO properties (meaning managed by the owner) are typically in better shape than when run by a management company.

Black Bear 8054

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing! It is so close to the slopes. The place was clean and the condo was very nice. The only negative regarding the stay was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, especially after a long day skiing.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2024 年 3 月 3 日)
Thank you for your review, the owner has placed a very comfortable soft foam pad for the bed in the closet in order to accommodate a range of guest preferences - from firm to soft.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location right by the gondola! Unit was clean, tastefully remodeled, and had all the kitchen ware one needed. Only thing that could be better was the bed. Matress was very firm (I prefer a softer), so it would sleep great for those that prefer that. Will definitely consider this unit again next year.

Keystone Black Bear 2 night stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except for the bed which was too soft or something. We both couldn't get used to the mattress and we had cable trouble the first night. The cable must have been knocked out in a storm but came back after restarting everything. The location was perfect in the Keystone lodge area. We loved the stay and would stay there again!

Thank you for the feedback! It can be difficult to find a mattress that all guests enjoy, but we can provide a mattress pad or air mattress if needed. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hopefully hosting you again!

Keystone BB 8054

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, clean, amazing location in River Run. Room was next to extremely loud beeping elevator though, therefore would not rent unit again. Management company was outstanding throughout and would highly recommended renting with them. Keystone was a great place to visit!

clean and convenient condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean, the sheets and towels were nice, and the kitchen well furnished. The condo was very convenient to the gondola base at Keystone. We stayed in summer and there weren’t many people around which was nice. It got more busy with a festival for the weekend. Food was a short walk away. Note - it was warm with no A/C, but there were fans available to help cool things off. We would stay here again. The management team was also very easy to work with.

We really appreciate your 5-star review! Reviews like this show us we are on the right track. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed to property and all it has to offer and it's location in the area! Unfortunately, is not uncommon in Summit County to not have air conditioning. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat and we are glad to hear you utilized those!

Ski days at Keystone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Black Bear #8054. The lodge is very convenient and an easy couple minute walk to the gondola, and in the Village. Ski storage and benches are near the ground floor exit to the lift. Underground parking is great. The condo is well laid out. Be aware that the mattress is firm and the LR would benefit from better reading lighting. We have rented at Keystone through SCMR several times and are happy with their setup and service.

VRBO Stay

Arriving at the property I was not sent the check in instructions so unfortunately it took a long time/ roughly 2 hours to finally check in. Once we arrived in the room we were dissatisfied to find out the property did not feel safe. Throughout the evening their were many different scenarios in which we did not feel safe and ended up leaving in the middle of the night due to this issue. The staff was nice but unfortunately overall the stay was a 1 star.

Great condo/location, a few issues

We loved the location of the condo in Keystone Village. There were 4 minor issues.1) There were 3 different remotes in the living room and we still couldn't get any of them to simply turn the tv on2) The shower curtain liner smells3) The rug in the bathroom is too thick and you can't open the door all the way4) Couldn't get the air conditioning to come on and one the windows in the bedroom doesn't work so we could get more fresh air

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was ok. The office refused to move us to another room when we noticed the office of the bed being very uncomfortable and unsuitable after recent back surgery and the TV in the main room did not work -an air mattress was offered
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2024 年 6 月 12 日)
Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay and apologize for any inconveniences caused by the mattress. We also apologize that the TV was not working during your stay. We would have loved to be made aware of this so that we could send someone to fix it. We hope that you enjoyed your stay otherwise and appreciate your feedback!
