There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed,1 bedroom with 2 queen beds,1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 bedroom with 4 bunks beds. We have 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. As You step to our specious home, You will be greeted by a tastefully decorated living area, designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere for you and your guests. You will find comfort on our oversize sofa, which can accommodate 10 people. There are 6 TV's in the house including 85' TV in the living room powered by Starlink /superbox/ and high speed internet. That can make games or movies more enjoyable. Our fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, there is plenty of cooking amenities that will make you feel right at home. If you have enough sun, please take a break on our porch, with 2 very comfortable sofas, dining table, BBQ. You can have your morning coffee watching bay full of beautiful boats. Stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the property, allowing your to share your memorable moments with friends and family. There is a swimming pool with lounge chairs short walk away. Hilton Hotel is very close with upscale dining, sushi bar and burger joint. State of the art Casino and Sports bar. We can register every guest to use the Hilton amenities - 2 extra pools which can access the roof top pool with beautiful view of the island and water. Good communication, nice spacious place in a convenient location. Also has a boat dock that was key for us, including power and water. Would rent again.
As usual it was a great stay! The house is a perfect place for a big group with plenty of room and great amenities…especially the ice maker. Golf carts were onsite and in good shape ready for us to use when we checked in.
The house was amazing. Convenient to everything and being able to tie up our boat in the back yard made life easy. The house and everything you could need for any length of stay. Highly recommend.
Truly amazing place. The first time going someplace where the actual place exceeded the expectations of the pictures. Our host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the trip. I cannot express enough how great this place and the whole trip was. All my friends who went on this trip were very happy with the place.
We were excited to stay at the house until we checked in.We arrived at 5:00pm and the house was half cleaned. The maid did not leave until 7 and left 3 towels for 13 of us. The disposal did not work. The vent-a-hood did not work. The master bath shower door was missing. There was no hot water in the master bedroom or kitchen. The oven was filthy and there were no kitchen towels or hot pads. The dock was nice, but I would never recommend this house to anyone. Unfortunately, when you pay up front, the homeowner has all control. This home needs a thorough cleaning and a lot of deferred maintenance taken care of. It could be a really nice house. Too many other issues to list.....

On July 06 there was a power outage in Bimini due to the stormy weather. Also, there was a checkout at 11::00am. With no power in the house, cleaning crew couldn't do any laundry or much of the cleaning until 3:00pm. That's the main reason why house was not ready on time for check-in. Laundry couldn't be completed in the house on time and it was taken to Hilton to be finished. Towels and face clothes were delivered clean to new guests the next day. At the time of delivery, our local property manager was yelled at when explaining the reason for this delay.
The sink disposal was working and stopped couple of days later. We had to bring a replacement from Florida.
The kitchen vent-a-hood electric motor is not working and is on the back order. It Is not easy to replace a 10 years old device especially in Bimini.
Master bath shower door was removed. The way this shower was build it is not nessesery to to have a door there and some people didn't like that door.
We have electric 2 spot heaters for hot water in the house. It takes a little longer for hot water to arrive.
Again, with cleaning process being delayed because of the power outage and newly arriving guests looking in, cleaning crew could have missed a spot or two. Saying that the house was "filthy" is an overstatement.
So is saying that "homeowner has all control" after you pay up front. There are rules that guests agree to listed on VRBO before payment is made. And there is a cancelation policy listed on the website.

Overall I would say this was an okay property to stay at. With the issues we had, I do not think it was worth 15,000 to stay at. There were bugs (exterminator had to be called but many remained), TV wouldn't work (they dropped off a super box for us to install, which we did not, we just switched an HDMI cable so we had access to one out of the 6 TVs the entire stay), spices were all old so unusable, handles missing on closets, broken handles on closets and doors (maintenance called)
Definitely had plenty pf room for our family of 8. The pool table was great and so was the spacious kitchen. We also thought all of the beds were comfortable. The outdoor porch was spacious and great to sit out on and watch boats and marine life, Access to the Bimini Bay pools and Hilton Resort (after 2 days of issues with this and was finally settled even though this was asked about 2 months prior to stay)
We had a wonderful stay in Bimini, however the home had too many issues we had to deal with on an expensive vacation. There are too many other homes in the area that are on VRBO that we would choose from next time. Owner and property manager were prompt to reply, but I stopped engaging with owner after a very rude text message (I have kept all messages and documented everything with pictures). This has been my first ever review on VRBO with negative undertones and I hope it is my last.

There was misunderstanding with getting Hilton passes on your arrival. When we learn about it our property manager did get passes for your family, but you already purchased passes from hotel , We refunded you money, You must admit you were very impatiens, couldn’t wait until next morning to get passes
We have pest control monthly or whenever is need it, unfortunately if the doors are open, bugs come in. When you complained about insects, exterminator came right away and took care of that. Spices are not old, because I put them on my last visit, about month ago, unless other guests left something you didn’t like, I have no explanation for that.
I’m sorry about broken handle in closet, I found out it’s one handle -will take care of that
We have 6 TVs in the house, 3 of them has satellite tv , sometimes when weather is bad signal is lost for a while but not entire week.
2 super boxes that works on internet and 2 smart TVs .
I’m sorry you didn’t connect additional box, if asked we would send someone to connect it for you. We try to charge fairly for our 5 bedroom house, we can host 14 people so yes for 8 people you could find something smaller and cheaper but not on private island across from Hilton.
We did what we could to accommodate your requests on your arrival, but it’s hard to get people to work on Sunday afternoon, but our property manager took care of that Monday
Morning, I refunded you 320.$ for passes you got on Sunday, when you could get them for free Monday morning. It’s not my business to be rude, I’m trying my best to help my clients with issues, because I want them to be super happy on vacations, and there is absolutely no room for being rude to guests.
