We bought this property in pre-construction. We were very happy when at the end of 2006 it was finally our home. We love Sunny Isle Beach is such a beautiful area with a lot of restaurants and places to go.

We just wanted to write you and thank you for a wonderful time in your beautiful condo at La Perla. It more than met our expectations and we could not get over the spectacular view from both the bedroom and the living room.



We appreciate all the little things you did for us. You were so accommodating and so available. You could not have been nicer! Your thoughtfulness with regard to Netflix, the lounge chairs on the patio, and the bottle of wine that welcomed us when we arrived was most appreciated.

We hope you had as wonderful a holiday in New York as we had in Florida.

Wonderful - Exceptional

Our stay was 2 months. LePerla is great and this unit is the best. Sunny Isles has tons of great restaurants and activities - 1/2 hour to South Beach / Miami or to Ft Lauderdale. This unit was exceptionally clean and directly overlooked the beach! Great staff there, too.

Realmente para todos aquellos que quieran rentar esta propiedad, es muy recomendable. Tanto la ubicación, la playa el servicio del condo y sobre todas las cosas, la asistencia permanente de su propietaria, ante la mínima necesidad. Es lo mejor que conozco en su categoría, de Miami, en los últimos 20 años que me hospede en esa ciudad, no tengo palabras de elogios y agradecimiento para sus propietarios. Reitero, la recomendación es total, sumado, la seriedad y seguridad de la transacción a distancia de la renta.

Absolutely beautiful, modern and upscale property

This is by far the most modern, comfortable, spacious and well-kept upscale property we have been seen in Miami in years!! Designer renovation, top quality expensive furniture, appliances and amenities - coupled with an oceanfront view.

Unlike others, this property is managed directly by the owner Johana - the nicest person and most trustworthy partner to deal with! After staying with Johana for the first time, we have made reservations with her for the next 12 -18 months. This is one of kind property and owner and we strongly recommend it to friends and family!

Simplemente Perfecto !

El lugar es sonado, la ubicación perfecta y el departamento que arrendamos impecable, con todas las comodidades y servicios, ideal para ir con niños o en pareja, muy comodo, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto ya que contaba con todo lo necesario. La atención de su dueña Johanna ha sido impecable, preocupada por cada detalle hasta el mas minimo, sobre todo porque viajábamos con dos bebes. Recomendable 100 % !!!! Gracias por todo Johanna !!!!!! un placer conocerte! ya nos volveremos a ver !!!
