The house was clean with every amenity and need thought of and provided. Location was perfect to the grocery store, beach, local restaurants. Hosts were friendly and communicative. We will return next time with our boat!

We really enjoyed the property. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the screened in area had a screened roof and not a solid roof that would have provided a shady place to sit outside at all times.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Everything was great! Hosts were very responsive! We were so close to ice cream and our beloved Gulf of Mexico. There were 10 of us from 2 to 79, enough space for everyone. One of the best locations and property.

Amazing vacation property!

Highly recommend staying here. Everything was wonderful. Property managers were amazing to work with, as well. Neighborhood is awesome, especially if you are bringing a boat. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful Home Great for Families

This home was absolutely gorgeous and very clean! Perfect space for families. We spent a lot of time outside at the pool area and the screened in patio was perfect to hang out. The guys loved fishing in the canal and caught lots of catfish. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back in the future!

4 perfect days

Perfectly placed house close to beach, shopping, and airport. Went for a surprise bday party and spent the rest of our time at the house. Kitchen is very well stocked with plates and utensis, very comfortable, inside and out.

We could not have been happier with our stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable! The view was so amazing and we sat outside every morning drinking coffee. We even saw several manatee swim by. The game room kept the kids entertained so that was a huge plus. Just a quick 10 minute drive over the bridge to the island so the location was perfect! Also, Sawyer was great about answering all my questions and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Tranqual Family Vacation

Great house in a good neighborhood. It is right on the canal so almost every morning we seen dolphins and manatees! Which my young boys really enjoyed and we didnt even have to leave the property!We all had a great time!The camera in the back does sort of take away from the feeling of privacy however. No beach chairs for the beach either ...

Hi Tyler! We’re so glad you all had a great time—and how awesome that you got to see some of the local wildlife! Just a quick note for future guests: there is a floodlight Ring camera at the back of the home, positioned to monitor the dock area, because it is a key entry point onto the property. It’s simply there for security purposes and only checked if a safety concern arises. No need to worry—it does not overlook the pool or spa area. Also, this home is stocked with beach chairs. This was the first time we’ve ever had an issue with them not being on-site upon arrival, and we believe the previous guests may have taken them. As soon as Tyler let us know, we had replacements delivered within 30 minutes of his message. Thanks again for staying with us!

Stunning!

Instead of talking about what the house has, let's talk about what it DOESN'T have! This beautiful home was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had 4 teenagers and they were entertained all week with fishing, swimming, arcade games and relaxing in the hot tub. The house is stunning-very clean, fully furnished kitchen and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect....close to fantastic restaurants and the beach.

Florida Family House

Impressed about every aspect of this house and location. House was wonderful and everything we needed and more was provided. The outside space was amazing: kids fished off the dock, manatee's and dolphins visited daily, pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was safe, well maintained, and the neighbors we saw boating or walking by were friendly. If we return to this same area of Florida next year, we would stay here again without question. Thank you to the owners!

Amazing Waterfront Property!

This house far exceeded our expectations! I’d love to keep this place our secret, but the hosts deserve to be praised for their attention to every detail and for making us literally feel right at home! From the very convenient location, to the quiet neighborhood and checking in was a breeze. The house was perfectly decorated with a beachy theme, completed updated throughout and more than enough room for all 8 of us, and was fully packed with EVERYTHING you could need for a perfect vacation! Communication with the Sawyer and David was amazing with quick and clear communication before and during our stay! Our teens loved the game room, the outdoor heated pool, the 2 large outdoor TVs and fishing from the dock! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and we hope to be back soon!
