Townhouse in the Pines

This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house has lots of living space, a family-friendly kitchen, and a king bed. Located 10 min from IU Stadium and IU Hospital. Walking distance to restaurants! On local walking trail, 8 min walk to Winslow Sports Complex and 15 min walk to the YMCA. Steps away from the #4 Bus Stop. Enjoy coffee under the pines on your outdoor patio. Relax on the large faux leather couch equipped with 2 electric recliners while you watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch Roku TV.

As you enter the home you'll find the kitchen, eating bar, living area, and half bath. Up the stairs are the 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom is equipped with 3 twin beds, (upper and lower bunks and a roll-out trundle).

The kitchen is fully functional with blender, rice cooker, crock-pot, toaster, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. Kitchen has a pass-through to the eating bar.

You will have access to the entire house and the outdoor patio area. There are 2 labeled parking spots in front of the Townhouse and there is access to 2 visitor spots nearby as well.

Guests have access to the entire Townhouse unit and patio

The townhouse has 3 TVs all equipped with Roku guest mode. Sign-in and enjoy your favorite shows in the living room, Master, and Kids room. The Smart TVs will also cast your phone’s video apps (YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, etc) and are equipped with AirPlay for apple users.

We had a problem with the coffee maker, I let the host know and he brought another one to the place the very next morning with some local coffee that was ground that morning. Also during our stay there was an outage of the TV aps and he helped with that immediately.

Very nicely appointed, clean townhouse, exactly as described in listing. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access onto a main thoroughfare. The host was super easy to communicate with and immediately responded to any question we had. The recliners were super nice too. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for our visit! House was clean and as advertised. Plenty of amenities and TVs. Host was proactive and super responsive. Would recommend and probably will stay again, as it's super close to my family in the area.

Great place!

We stayed in Bloomington at the end of our family vacation so my son could attend a baseball camp at the university. Place was clean and well appointed. Although it was off a very busy street, the area where the condo was was quiet and felt safe. Definately will be staying again whem we heas that way for college visits.

We chose this townhouse because it is a quiet corner unit with mature trees and privacy in the back. The property is also close to our home and walkable to a park with tennis courts and a beautiful walking trail.
