Just to clarify for future guests, as explained in our listing description, the master bedroom is located downstairs and has its own TV. Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom that connects to an additional TV/game room, which is accessed through that bedroom. That upstairs bedroom is not the master bedroom. As a precaution, I filed a claim with the insurance company to ensure any potential damages would be covered. I regret any discomfort this caused you and your family. Upon reviewing the camera footage, I did notice that there were more than eight guests at the property, which is beyond the maximum occupancy listed in the ad. However, I understand that this is not necessarily the reason for the plumbing issue. I want to assure you that our intent was never to make you feel mistrusted. I am truly sorry for any negative impression this has left on you. We will be addressing the plumbing issue immediately to prevent future occurrences.
