No parties or other guests allowed than the max occupancy. This would result in immediate termination of stay + additional cleaning fee of $250.
Absolutely no smoking inside the home or front area. This will result in $1500 cleaning fee.
No pets or unauthorized guests past 12 that were pre approved. This could result in termination of stay and additional $500 fee.

The home was very comfortable and convenient for everything that we were doing during our stay. It was quick and easy access from the neighborhood to the major highways in the area to get to our destinations. Highly recommend staying there as it was also very quiet.

We loved the property and it was an amazing opportunity to get friends together. The game room was where we spent probably 90% of our time when at the house. Uber gave us easy and cheap access to the casino and there are many things to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and all the amenities. We celebrated graduations and engagements at the Woodbriar and it was exactly what we wanted. It’s good to know ahead of time that the house is on a steep hill. We were able to park my dad right by the garage and he did fine.
