We were really excited about the tennis courts, but the surface was unplayable and we were disappointed by that. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and the grounds well kept. Jerry was very easy to communicate with. Adding washcloths and beach towels and some beach toys might upgrade the experience for guests!

It was a very pleasant stay. AC was not working when we arrived, contacted host and he had someone there within minutes and it was fixed fairly quickly. All correspondence was within a reasonable time frame. Would gladly recommend this condo and would definitely rent again if in that area.

Perfect location and condo

We visited South Padre to celebrate my birthday. This condo was perfect for the six of us as everybody was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Access to the beach is easy, or you can opt for either swimming pool. Communication with Jerry was amazing. He is quick to respond and very helpful. I recommend this condo and would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful property Exceptional HOST. Most accommodating host I’ve ever had using VRBO. I was extremely impressed. If anything went wrong, which little things can happen, our host was always available, responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have for better treatment and attentiveness to our needs. We had a lovely time. The photos of the place speak for themselves. Book with this host. Our family will look for this host wherever they have properties.
