We were very impressed with the entire home but especially the kitchen on how well stocked it was. I took a lot of my own things to cook with because I was going to be cooking for our family while there but once we arrived we noticed they had a lot of the things that I was going to be needing, so was very happy! Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space for hosting. It had everything we needed and more. No street parking but there is a lot right next door so was not an issue.

Great Stay at Hillside

The house was great for a multi generational family vacation with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with many unexpected extras like spices, cooking spray, foil, baggies and equipment such as crock pots and other things. Several pool towels provided as well. The pool was always cool and refreshing! Beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool. Red Sands management team members were always helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely return if we come back to visit Zion/Bryce area!

The house was amazing! We had a wonderful time and I thought every space was so well thought out a carefully stocked. Proximity to pool and pickleball, the back yard, the extra space in the garage! Had a question for the management and they responded so quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family getaway

The house was perfect for two families. We had the kids share the bunk room And adults took the primary rooms. Plenty of bathroom space too. The game room and toys were a hit. We loved the community pool too. The house was clean, well stocked and response time was immediate. Definitely recommend!

Elite Rental Experience!!!

10/10 experience. Everything with this home is top notch. Cleanliness, activities, rooms, comfort, etc, easily the best house anyone in our group has stayed at before. Only negative was not being able to stay at the property for a longer period of time. If we're ever back in the area, this will be the first thing we try and lock in for our trip!

12 guys had a great stay for a golf vacation...very well equipped home and quite comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of air mattresses available. Great experience overall!

Great space and neighborhood

The house was great - room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The backyard and games make it so you barely have to leave the property. Quiet neighborhood and the team was very responsive to our questions via text. Would definitely rent a property again!

We love this place and everything was great except the trash bins were completely full when we arrived. That is super inconvenient with a big group like ours who likes to cook. Everything else was perfect, the hot tubs, the outdoor kitchen. Otherwise 5 out of 5

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home and made the most of the hot tubs and outdoor kitchen, those are guest favorites for a reason. We sincerely apologize about the trash bins being full upon arrival. That’s certainly not the welcome we aim for, especially for a group that plans to cook and gather. We would have happily taken care of that right away with your permission to enter. We never want guests to hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help keep things smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love the opportunity to host you again for an even smoother stay next time⭐️
