Welcome to the Grayling Beach House! Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is conveniently located in Inlet Beach, Florida. Within walking distance to the fantastic white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. The beach access has lifeguard on duty during regular hours. Several shops and eateries also within walking distance such as 30 Avenue, Donut Hole, Shades, Destin Ice Marketand many more. If you would like to enjoy a bike ride, there are  4 bikes for use. Full stocked kitchen

Very clean and comfortable 2 story beach house with a manageable walk to the Inlet Beach access point. House is clean and well stocked with household items and appliances. One of the only homes I’ve stayed in where the outdoor grill actually worked, so you can tell they’re taking care of the small details. Host was wonderful, gracious, and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to others.

An absolute fantastic house. The accommodations are perfect. The host goes above and beyond by supplying all shampoo, conditioners, body wash, laundry detergent, laundry basket, stain remover, dishwasher detergent, 4 bikes, mats, coolers, etc. It’s like she read our mind what extras we needed. Also, it is in a perfect location. We could either walk, bike wherever we wanted. I’ve never experienced a location so walkable/bikeable. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, and a great deal for all it had to offer. It was perfect for my bachelorette trip with 5 of my friends plus myself. It was very clean and in such a cute neighborhood, with great access to everything. Jennifer even had beach towels available to use and some other beach stuff (chairs, a wagon, sand toys, etc.) which really came in handy. Would highly recommend this place!

Jennifer is wonderful. She communicates very well regarding check in and out, and other questions that I had. Her house is very pretty and clean. We had an excellent weekend staying there. We would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect Beach House

We enjoyed the location to everything and the house was as described. We also appreciated the beach accessories that were provided for us to use. We would definitely book this property again and appreciate the owners for sharing their vacation house with us.

Perfect getaway

My wife and I were on a baby moon and this location was perfect. We were close to everything so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to and the walks weren’t bad at all. My wife approved all of the walking/biking distances we had since she was 8 months pregnant. Jen was excellent with our questions and very timely when we reached out. Highly recommend!
