The house and property were perfect for us. The house was clean when we got there and everything in it’s place the pool and hot tub and yard were perfect. Our dog loved the space and it was a great vacation. Would come back again and bring friends.

The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described! We had a large group for a girls weekend and everyone had a nice, comfortable place to sleep. The space is great for gathering with the kitchen, dining and living room all together and enough space to also spread out. The outside space with the pool and hot tub is amazing and the grounds are beautifully kept. The house was spotless & had everything you could ever need. Instructions were perfect and gaining access to the property was a breeze. The host was super quick on communication! Lovely property with all of the amenities and an amazing host. Highly recommend!

The entire house was in working order. Most rentals have furniture or items that don’t work, not the case here. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cook most nights and try out new recipes . The kitchen had all of the pans , utensils etc we needed. The grill was the cleanest we have ever had at a rental. Normally we have to do a deep clean before using.The beds were comfortable and equipped with extra blankets, if needed.The host was outstanding. We had a minor issue come up. The original estimated fix was 4 days, The host worked tirelessly to find another option. The issue was fixed in less than 24 hours.All six of our party were extremely pleased with the property.

This home was fantastic for our family. The main living area was big enough for our family to sit and play games together. The adults all had their own bedrooms, and the kids were all able to sleep together in the fourth bedroom. The home was very clean and the check-out was simple and convenient. And the grandkids discovered a scavenger hunt set up by the hosts, and had a great time making the final discovery! It was definitely a great stay.

Family trip

We enjoyed our family trip at this property. The house was very clean and close to the lake, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Katie was very helpful with questions leading up to the trip and during the trip. We would definitely book this house again.

We were a group of 8 women for a weekend get away. It is a great space with a treasure hunt, merch, a toasty hot tub (we went during the colder months) and the host was very responsive! We were there for a solid hour before the fridge door fell off the hinges, but they showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it. They were even kind enough to give us a free sweater and goose from their merch shelf to make up for the fridge! The house is a great space for all occasions and I would stay with them again in a heat beat!

Fun and relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl! Loved relaxing in the pool, playing ping pong and taking morning and evening walks along the lake. Katie had great suggestions of local places to visit (Hazelnut Coffee House was our favorite!), and she was super quick to answer any questions. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed for a great getaway...and, the beds were super comfortable! We really enjoyed our trip!

House for a crowd!

The house was beautiful with lots of open space for a crowd to gather and enjoy time spent together! The outdoor space, game room and garage area was also great to use. And plenty of space for everyone to sleep. While we didn’t have children with us for this visit the bunk and treasure hunt would be a lasting memory for your little ones!!

This property was exactly what we needed for my wife's 40th birthday get-away. It's very spacious, very clean and welcoming. Very comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor space is great. We sat and enjoyed the firepit, hottub, and pool. The living room with big tv was perfect for watching football! Great kitchen we used to fix dinner. Has one of the coolest refrigerators I've ever seen. The owners were great with every step and clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

Last minute getaway

Booked this beautiful home last minute for my kiddos to celebrate the end of the school year! The home was absolutely gorgeous. We felt right at home. My kids lived in the pool and when it was raining we played games and did the treasure hunt ! This is our second property of the host that we have stayed at and they are both just perfect! We already can’t wait for our next visit.

The Pearl At Grand Lake

We loved this property! Very family-friendly with a treasure hunt my granddaughter adored!! (Just for information, all bedrooms are upstairs for those who are challenged by stairs.) Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, and serveware. Bring spices only, all else is provided. Sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with a new hot tub. Hosts are outstanding, none better. Family Getaway

We recently stayed 3 nights at this property. The home was very clean and I am super picky about that! Everyone joked that it met my "clean" standards. Area was very quiet and nice view of the lake. Kids loved the games. Patio area was very nice. The pool is very small so if you have a larger group it is more of a dipping pool I would say, but it was enough for the kids and they still enjoyed it. They also loved the scavenger hunt. Quick easy access to town for shopping, groceries, boat rental, etc.
