Spacious bedroom with a private bathroom and a private outdoor patio available in an UWS duplex. The apartment is located just above Lincoln Center and is within one block from Central Park. Also very close are the B, C subway stop as well as the 1,2,3 subway stop and a Trader Joe's/Fairway/Citarella. The bedroom has two closets and is fully furnished with a bed, mini fridge, ac unit and BBQ grill. There is also a very small, friendly cat in the apartment.
