Amazing place to stay for a family trip!

The neighborhood was great with incredible food close by. Very comfortable with great A/C on particularly hot days. Our family was able to spread out nicely and the terrace was very relaxing. Our host was very responsive if we had questions. We would stay there again!

Due to unforeseen circumstances with the apt the host put us up in another apt. It was an excellent property and the host was great to work with.

This property was booked to host several couples to help me celebrate my 60th birthday. The location was perfect for walking or quick subway to restaurants, museums, shows, and Central Park. The bedrooms and kitchen seemed somewhat small but manageable--and I have to remember that it is NYC scale, so no complaints. The outdoor deck was a WONDERFUL group space. Two full bathrooms was a great feature for the seven of us. The host was proactive in communication and gracious during a minor hiccup. The 50 steps mentioned in other reviews certainly gave us our workout, but nothing we couldn't manage. I'd definitely book this place again!

Beautiful home in a lovely and safe part of town. Incredibly spacious, especially for NYC standards, and beautifully appointed down to the smallest detail. Stayed with the entire family and everyone felt like they were living in the lap of luxury with enough space to not be on top of one another. The host was super responsive and super helpful. Could not ask for more and will definitely stay again.

The place was clean. The kitchen appliances were modern and the unit was well-decorated. The location of the property was excellent as we walked to many things. The unit was on the 3rd floor with 50 steps (I counted) to navigate. The place had four bedrooms but the bedrooms were very small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses. The bathrooms were small with very little counter space. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The host was very responsive to issues. We asked for a 3rd set of keys and the host provided them within hours.

We had a great stay and the host was incredibly accommodating. When the coffee pot wasn’t working, they had a replacement delivered the very same night. We were also short on pillows, and those were delivered promptly as well. On top of that, a storm delayed our flight to a later time, and the host graciously honored a late checkout so we didn’t have to store our luggage elsewhere — which we truly appreciated. The only thing worth noting for future guests is that there is no elevator at the property. We were on the top floor and had to climb three flights of stairs with our luggage, so this is something that should be mentioned in the listing details. Overall, the service and responsiveness were excellent, and we would absolutely give this property 5 stars.

Great location and overall a nice space (4th floor walk up- we missed that detail prior to arrival). Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our entire stay, and the apartment became very hot and stuffy. We had to reach out multiple times each day to get updates, and while a technician did come by once, the issue was never resolved. Despite being told someone would return or call the next day, that never happened, even after several follow-up messages. The lack of responsiveness and temperature control made the stay quite uncomfortable especially sleeping, which was disappointing for our mom's 85th birthday get together.

Terrific day all around. Fabulous location! Incredible size for the location and price. Kitchen was well stocked. All the beds were comfy. Some nice extra touches like fully stocked spice rack, an air fryer, and a twin air mattress. If you’re not used to Manhattan you might find the space a bit small/tight but I don’t think we could possibly have found anything better! There is not a lot of extra space in the bedrooms, but that is to be expected right in the heart of the city. Also note that it’s a fourth floor walk up. Not a problem for our group but I know that could be difficult for some. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

We had a great visit to NYC for a NYU graduation. Location was great, kept us central to my son’s college’s graduation, his place in Brooklyn and all his spots near the school. Place was fully stocked, very clean and comfortable for us all. Thanks for having us!
