Welcome to the Maltby Suites! Our spacious 7bed/7bath property is spread out over 4000sf! Our uniquely designed property was created for large groups to gather together but each have their own private space as well. Our main house boasts a vintage modern design and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our beautifully designed guest apartment has 2 more bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. And the highlight of our property is the 900 sf. bar, game room and media room.

Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood! It is right in the heart of Houston and it is growing and changing so fast with the development of the East River Project.
What makes this property unique
This property is spread out over 4000 sf. And while the trend seems to be adding as many beds to one space as possible, we spread ours out! All 7 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is lots of space to gather together in the open living/dining/kitchen of the main house and the huge game room/media room area but then everyone has their own space at the end of the day!
