This brand new two bed, two bath home was designed for gatherings and events with handicap accessibility throughout. No transitions from the front sidewalk to the rear patio. Wide open spaces make getting around easy. All the doors in the house are 36 inches wide with pocket doors. The main bathroom is fully accessible. The bathroom faucets are ergonomic and the mirrors are lighted. There are tvs in the main bedroom, great room and garage with surround sound in the great room. The laundry room includes brand new washer and dryer and also a mini kitchen. The faucets in the kitchen and garage are lighted with temperature color sensitive lighting. Blue/ cold and red/ hot. The dining room has a table and eight chairs and there's five chairs at the kitchen island and four stools at a bistro table. The living room has an electric fireplace with remote control and a fold out couch with two love seats also.. The garage has a large tv and couches and granite wet bar for entertaining. Dish TV is provided including some premium channels. Kitchen is ready for all your creative baking with all the small appliances and dishes you could need including some basic baking supplies. There’s also a large pantry filled with preparation and serving supplies. There are two large bedrooms with queen beds and touch lamps with usb ports. The second bathroom has lighted mirrors and a tub/shower. Don’t bother cleaning or worrying about your home not being accessible or your guests being allergic to your pet.
