Comfortable house with three bedrooms, including a huge suite with a king-size bed, ocean view, blackout curtains, perfect for a good night's sleep, plus two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a balcony in the bedroom, a kitchen with all household items, a huge, well-ventilated living room, and a grassy backyard. Barbecue area. Located in a gated community with 24-hour security, close to the best beaches (800 meters walking distance to Rua das Pedras), bakery, mini-market, and plenty of public transportation right outside the condominium. Covered garage for two cars. The city of Búzios has several fine restaurants, shops, and excellent leisure and entertainment options. The best beaches are here in Búzios. It's an excellent choice.
