Perfect Pool Paradise is situated in the gated community of Cypress Pointe. Close to Walt Disney World and all the major Orlando attractions. Great 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom with oversized pool and other upgrades, this property truly has it all : Location, Comfort, Lots of space - and the Largest pool in the neighborhood!

This spacious 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom home occupies a prime, private end-lot location in a quiet cul-de-sac. With 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen and 3 Twins there is space to accommodate 12 people comfortably. Unique features which set it apart from typical rental homes.

Luxury outdoor living.

The extremely large custom pool (35 feet long) is much larger than the norm at rental homes, making it a focal point for your visit to the sunshine state. The pool is complemented by dual air blowers in the heated spa for truly bubblicious bathing (pool and Spa heat optional, at an extra charge).

The oversize deck area includes a shaded lanai with ceiling fans, and an outdoor dining table with seating for eight. (Indoors there is a 4 seater casual dining table, an 6 seater formal dining table, as well as breakfast bar seating).

The end lot site also benefits from added privacy (with fencing around two sides of the yard), and an oversize driveway (with parking space for four to six cars, PLUS a double garage).

In the evening, there is additional in-pool lighting.

All the comforts of home.

The master bedroom has a feature King bed; the 2nd bedroom also has a King, and the 3rd has a queen. The remaining 3 bedrooms have 2 Twins each. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all King and Queen beds have pillow-top mattresses.

As well as the 55" LCD screen in the spacious double-height ceiling family room, ALL bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen LCD TVs - including 43" screens in the Master and second King

The home is decorated with original artworks by Florida artists.

Fully equipped kitchen (but there are also many restaurants nearby, many with takeout or delivery service)

Also available for guest use is a competition grade 8' pool table.

Tech Heaven

The main family room has a 55" wall mounted high def LED Smart TV screen which is hooked up to Spectrum cable service (for hundreds of digital channels and multiple streaming services, and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi.

It definitely met our needs as far as the bedrooms, the pool, and the overall size of the house. There were a few things that needed updated like maybe some paint on the walls and the pillows need to be thrown away and replaced. Overall the house was very clean though. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was ok, very spacious and accommodating, enjoyed our stay, but the dining room chairs are dirty and you’re really taking your chances sitting in them, they need to be replaced, carpet needs to be replaced, lots of in master off the living room didn’t work at all, shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced, refrigerator leaked water, I’m not a bug person so when I saw a few roaches in the kitchen and bathroom I completely lost it, was gonna leave but it was Thanksgiving so my husband went and bought some raid and sprayed, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the big loft area to play in. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, it was worth it, the spa was great. We had fun in the garage with the pool table, there is also a highchair and a stroller to use in case you need one, that was very thoughtful, overall we enjoyed our stay, but if a little more care was done in making the house more comfortable it would be a awesome house. The cleaning person Rosa does a good job cleaning, so it’s not her fault about the maintenance or bugs. The pool area is large and everything was there to enjoy in the pool..Beware of the raccoons lurking about in the front.. So in closing, we enjoyed our holiday, the house is ok, but a little work needs to be done, invest and upgrade a little for people to enjoy your house and they will come back and the reviews will show it. I don’t like giving negative reviews, I really liked the house but just upgrade some things and keep it well maintained.

The Villa itself was spacious and the pool was beyond our wildest dreams and much better in real life. There was a couple of slight issues with the property it was a bit dated inside, upgrades are needed to furniture and appliances. It was short of lining but Rem was brilliant and got some delivered to us within 48hrs. The bedrooms were great however one room did have dead bugs among the bedsheets and Dentifloss was found on the floor in the same room. Other than these little issues we was very happy with the Villa and would recommend and would happily stay there again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Main problem, besides uncomfortable furniture, a freezer that did not freeze,a stove that you could not change the temperature on, was the fact that the pool area was infested with red ants. Pest control did come but ants are under the surrounding bricks and they could not be killed. Ants also got in pool water and everyone suffered ant bites. We also had problem with pool heat not working correctly for 19 days. Our disabled Vietnam Veteran that suffers from pulmonary fibrosis was not abld to enjoy pool or spa! Would not rent again.

Just what our family needed!!!

This place was just perfect for our family. we had a mixed of toddlers and teens and the space was just perfect. Everyone had their little area to themselves. And as per the grownups, what can we say, we wish we could have been able to stay longer. Host was available whenever we had a question, thanks for the hospitality.
