Our updated luxury modern design home is located in Calabay Parc, one of the most sought after communities in the Orlando/Disney area. (15 minutes to Disney & 3 miles to Champions Gate) This home provides easy access to the main 1-4 and Highway 27 routes from this upscale community and just minutes away from golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

This luxurious home away from home provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for 10 people which include: a 1st floor King Master Bedroom with a Spa En-suite complete with a garden tub and separate marble walk in shower. 2 additional Queen Bedrooms with each their own En-suites on the 2nd floor, and a Children's Mickey themed Bedroom with two twin beds + another Children's Princess themed Bedroom with two twin beds that incorporate a Jack n Jill shared bathroom w/ tub between these two rooms.

Family entertainment in this home features the serenity of a private pool and spa (both resurfaced in Oct 2017) with 4 new sun loungers, covered lanai with dining table & chairs and extended pool deck. In the living room you'll find a 65" flat screen TV with DVD player, a Play Station 3 with a variety of games including a selection of family board games. The upstairs loft offers a billiard table for continued family fun. FREE high speed Wifi included throughout your stay.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with everything needed to prepare a family feast to enjoy in the dining area (seating for 6), dinette (seating for 6) or breakfast bar. There is a fully equipped laundry room with front load washer/dryer.

The unique circular drive at this home offers parking for 4 vehicles to avoid street parking. For added security, there is 24 hour CCTV (closed caption television) surveillance security cameras throughout Calabay Parc Subdivision.

Very nice villa in a safe, quiet community

Very happy with our stay here. The interior decor has a distinctly more modern feel than most Orlando villas, and the pool area feels very private. Calabay Parc has a good mix of residents and holiday homes, so the community feels friendly and safe. Communication from the owner was prompt and everything was as promised. We would recommend this villa.

Lovely house with great pool and outdoor seating area. Very comfortable bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen. Very convenient drive through parking area in front. Lovely quiet location with plenty of amenities nearby. Owner is very friendly and helpful and is a quick communicator.

Relaxing Vacation Indeed

This house was the perfect "Home away from home" experience. Even with the pandemic going on, being able to get away and really feel comfortable was the best. This house was clean comfy and we enjoyed the pool. The home owners answered all of our questions. Perfect if you want that comfy feeling! Big enough for 9 people.

We had a lovely time in this house, and the owner and the property manager has been very helpful and understanding all through the booking process and the staying. The house is very clean and there is plenty of things in the kitchen for homecocking. The house are in a quiet resort, very good for families with small kids. Overall a 5 star experience.

Fred is perhaps the best host a tourist could expect. Everything was top notch. The place was everything a family of 11 could expect, with proximity to Disney. Even during Christmas, it took us less than 30 min to reach any of the parks. The heated pool was a hit among the children. If you have a large family, especially with children, and are planning for Disney or other themed parks nearby, this property should be top of your list. The rating is 10/10 only because the app doesn't let you pick a 11.

Family Christmas Trip

The house was lovely and the owners were responsive and accommodating. We took the family to Orlando for Christmas and felt right at home! The house was spacious, clean, and decorated lovely. Beautiful property and great location.

Having just spent 2 wonderful weeks in this property (1/9/2018 - 15/9/2018) I can honestly say it is one of the nicest places I have rented in all my visits to Florida, The property is kept in an immaculate condition and is very well decorated throughout, there are some nice extra little touches like a Playstation and games to keep kids occupied and also use of a pool table which is located inside the property instead of like most properties where it is located in the garage with no A/C. The owners Fred & Kerry were a pleasure to communicate with and responded to all my questions usually within an hour of me contacting them, I would like to thank them again for allowing us to stay in there beautiful property, for all there help and for allowing us the option of checking out later then the norm which is also a nice little extra.

The home was exactly as described. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the home, even the air felt clean :-). Everyone was comfortable in their space. It was very home like and cozy. The homeowner and property manager were very responsive to our minor inquiries. The only thing I don’t agree with is the extra charge for the grill. I understand the fees associated with the heated pool but, not the grill. This property sealed the deal on our relaxing trip!!! Thank you Fred

Very clean house and pool

This place was exactly as described. It had more the. One hair dryer (family of all girls). Plenty of items needed for our stay (towels, wash clothes, linens, and extra pillows (if you like more then one). The washer and dryer was nice to have so you can wash whatever you needed for your stay. We paid extra to have the pool and spa heated and that was so nice on the chilly nights. (Pool lights were a plus). Beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed to be in great shape in the house (well cared for). The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. We would definitely be staying here again!

Fabulous villa in a quiet but well accessed quiet estate

We stayed here for 11 nights. It is a well presented villa on a quiet estate. Lots of room 3 double beds ( large) and 2 x twin rooms all with bathrooms . Very clean and lovely carpeted rooms. Nice large snooker table upstairs and fully equipped kitchen . Towels for pool and shower provided. Pool nice and clean . Lights not working in pool but reported and informed that they would be fixed . Very efficient communication with Fred and Kerry and extremely helpful when we left an item there, is sending to the uk , thank you. Very nice villa a luxury and would definitely like to visit again . Definitely worth renting this villa thank you

Book this house!

The house is as pictured and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the house is very clean. The pool area is very private. We paid for heated pool and it was the perfect temperature. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed to eat and cook. The house feels like it’s brand new, from bedding to washer and dryer. We stayed 5 adults and 3 children with more than enough room. A big bonus to this house is the extra large driveway. We had two mini vans and had extra room to pull in and load and unload. This was by far the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. 25-30 min to Disney. Easy to and from the parks and airport. Just beautiful. Book here you will not regret it!

Nice place to stay near Disney.

Our family stayed here for a week in July so that we didn't have to get three hotel rooms on Disney property. We loved our stay and the house had the basic necessities to get us started. They provided enough supplies to get us through the night, so plan to go to the grocery store in the first day or so and make sure you have basic things like laundry soap on your list. The pool was amazing and the outdoor patio had plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sit. There was plenty of seating for us to visit and all eat together. The kitchen is a great size and there is plenty of room to move around with multiple people prepping food at once. The house has a couple of small things that needed to be fixed but nothing major and nothing inconvenient. I would recommend this house and we would stay here again if we took a similar vacation. The beds were very comfortable and there were PLENTY of towels - which is always a plus. The water was hot and the air was cold. ;)

Absolutely amazing stay!

After having a challenging experience with another house and having to leave, we were a little nervous about booking another house through VRBO. Luckily this house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! After booking the day prior to checking in, Kerry, the owner was quick to respond and give instructions for check in. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, which was a huge plus for us. The rooms were all nicely decorated and the ceiling fans in each bedroom were also nice. The air conditioning worked well which is always needed in Florida, especially in July. Since I needed to work remotely, the internet held up, even with kids on their devices. The kitchen had all cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and tupperware that we needed. The pool was of course the best part. It's fairly sizable and was able to fit the couple of floaties that we brought. The neighboring pools are close, but it still felt private with the landscaping around the screened in pool. Even when we could tell neighbors were swimming, it wasn't loud and didn't feel like they were right there. There is also a nice outdoor table and chairs (with a fan above) that we had almost every meal at, and there were plastic plates and cups for that purpose. Even though our intent was to be close to family and away from everyone else during a pandemic, the Disney parks are about 10-15 minutes away. There's a Publix market 10 minutes away or a larger Publix grocery about 15 minutes away. We will definitely look to rent this house again either to have another private getaway or when life is more normalized and it's safe to go the parks. Thank you Kerry for a great experience!!

This villa was perfect in every way

Absolutely loved our month long stay at this gorgeous villa, I have stayed at calabay parc before so liked the location, but this villa is a must! It is decorated in a very new and modern way compared to other villas (as we have stayed in many villas in Florida) the laminate flooring was lovely and easy to clean even up the stairs, the villa has a Hoover and a broom to sweep and mop and bucket, everything you needed was in the villa. When I arrived I noticed there wasn’t many coat hangers and a bit short on glasses, so while I was in the pool the cleaner came round to check the bbq (another great plus to this villa) I just mentioned to her about it in which she said just call Jaycee and let her know, well I completely forgot about, but the next morning I had a delivery of coat hangers and glasses I was so happy as the lady obviously reported back to Jaycee for me and it was sent straight out. Great service. The pool table was at the top of the stairs which was a nice change as many villas have the games room in the garage which can be really hot so my children made great use of that. Another great feature at this villa was the intercom system they have in many rooms, whilst I was cooking dinner or out by the pool I could call my children through the intercom instead of shouting out to them. And it played music now this was fantastic as I always listen to music instead of watching telly it was played everyday as we used the pool area loads and had bbqs so the music out in that area was much appreciated. Well all that is left to say is myself and my family had the best time and Fred, Jaycee and their team are truly amazing nothing is ever to much trouble they make you feel so welcome and I will be sure to return. post covid holiday

Finally got to the villa after waiting 2 years following covid. Nice property and as the photos looked. Had regular contact with the owner throughout the long booking. Had a slight problem with the front door code being changed, but was sorted straight away. Also had a slight problem with the pool netting, this was also sorted quickly. Enjoyed our stay.
