Our beautifully furnished 5/6 bedroom home with large south facing pool is extremely spacious with 3,150sq ft of air-conditioned living space, and furnished to a very high standard that includes 8 TV's including 75' smart HDTV X Box further 5 x 55' HDTVs
This beautifully furnished room possesses comfortable seating and top of the range 55' HDTV . This is a wonderful room to just sit in and relax after a long day in the theme parks. The living room also offers a great view of the pool and spa.

Kitchen
Fully fitted with top quality appliances, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, sink with waste disposal, breakfast bar and plenty of cutlery, elegant crockery and cookware. This room also has a breakfast table and seating.

Utility room
This has a full size large loading washing machine and tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.

The Master Suite
This room is furnished with a King size bed, TV, ample storage space and walk in dressing room. The fully upgraded luxurious En-suite Bathroom has twin sinks, a make up area, Roman Tub with inset seat, separate WC and large walk in shower. 55' HDTV

Has has a queen size bed, TV, walk in shower. HDTV

The dining table is just the place to sit and converse the days activities over a glass of chilled wine. It the weather gets too warm, you can always make use of the overhead cooling fan. For added comfort there is patio dining furniture and a wall mounted TV.

Large swimming pool and Spa
Our swimming pool has a set in sun shelf along with special coloured effect underwater lighting. Perfect for night time swims.


Spa Tub
The 6' x 6' spa tub with water cascade is ideal for unwinding in after a long day or at any time for that matter!

Oversize deck
Stretching the complete width of the house, not only does the deck provide ample seating, it is also the perfect place to get your Florida tan. However if you do not want to top up your tan, you could always relax in front of the outside TV.

The house was perfect for us!

Amazing time! The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The grandkids were thrilled with the themed bedrooms. Very comfortable and well maintained. No complaints! Will definitely use HomeAway again.

Besides the pool breaking down. We had a great stay. Owner was all over the pool company, fixing the heater. Lost 7 days of pool time but thing happen.

Nice house great neighborhood

My stay was for a week, we arrived 2 hours after check in, and no way to get in, the door code sent to me was incorrect, I ended up having to contact Vrbo to contact the owner for the correct door code cause he wouldn’t respond to me. Then we go inside to mess the last renters left nothing was clean I ended up going to Walmart buying laundry soap to wash everything, the property owner apologized for the mess and sent the cleaning crew at at 9pm to clean in which they wanted us to get out the house while they cleaned which was a no no when we had already cleaned up the little stuff and already started washing. I asked about a refund for cleaning fee and I still haven’t got a response.

This property is covered with stains in carpet. Did not get WiFi until half way through stay. Had to hang the tv in the movie room. AC was not working well in master suite. Outside trash cans were covered in maggots and flies. My wife waited for hours to enter upon check in due to the wrong code being provided. Had to go through customer service to start getting a quick response from property manager. During our stay the property manager after all the problems offered us 10 percent off the next stay. No thanks

I advise all to rent this house ,very clean nice size swimming pool, nice neighborhood only Ac at first level set on 74 it is not enough to keep house cold .but any thing else was perfect. Thank you

Stayed at Calabay Parc a dozen times, this has been the best ever. It has an English feel to it. Everything been thought of to take care of you while you relax in this beautiful villa. A great stay

Arrived and property easy to find in a great location with easy access to everything. The house is furnished to a high standard. Our boy loved the Lightning McQueen room downstairs.......! The pool area with bbq and hot tub was a nice way to relax away from the fun and busy of Disney. The neighbourhood felt safe and has cctv surveillance when entering Calabay Parc which was reassuring. The tv room and games room was really good fun especially the air hockey. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. We contacted the owner of the property with a couple of general questions and got very quick responses. It was real shame to leave! In traffic it took 20 to 30 mins to Disney...... We shopped at a nearby Publix supermarket (5 mins drive) and would recommend a visit to Mannys Chop House for some excellent food! Many thanks

Fantastic villa

This by far the best villa I have ever stayed in, and I have been visiting Orlando since 1985 twice a year. Firstly it’s massive and when you walk through the door you think you have won the jackpot. It is very stylish and a credit to the owners, the entertainment systems in the many rooms is top notch. On arrival the villa was immaculate.The pool is fabulous and your not overlooked, it has everything you could possibly need and more besides. Orlando has much to offer in the way of accommodation from run of the mill villas to high end. This is definitely high end, and in a different league to any I have stayed in the past. If you want to have a fantastic holiday and feel like you’re a millionaire this villa is the one to go for. Gordon the owner is really nice and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t think twice about staying in this villa again it’s perfect.

Most Excellent Villa we've ever stayed in!!!!

Our Stay at Savannah Villa in Davenport Florida, was absolutely faultless!! Can't rate this place enough!! If there was 10 * to give I would!!! It was like home from home for our extended family, with the 7 bedrooms it accommodated us very well. We had a parts of the house with our family's and came together in the lounge areas and kitchen etc. The pool was the highlight of our stay!! And the jacuzzi as well... to get home after a long day around the parks and relax in there , with a drink was something I still think about!! All in all this was a superb holiday home, that we all will remember for a long time to come. Gordon the owner was more than helpful with every aspect, and finding the Villa and key on arrival was so straight forward as well. You won't regret booking this Villa!! We hope to return again! Thank you Gordon!!

Top villa

We stayed at this property in Dec 17. The house was very will appointed and spacious. Location was fine fin for us, 15 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes to the nearest Public supermarket and 10 minutes to a massive Wallmart. We had an issue with the pool heating to which we had a quick and efficient response from the agent looking after the property. When contacting the owner Gordon, we had great communication and he is a really nice guy to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend booking this home for a great base for your Orlando experience.

Fantastic space offering all a family would need

Savannah is a fantastic villa located in a quiet neighbourhood allowing you and your family to escape and relax after a fantastic day at the Florida theme parks. The parks are easily accessible and just 15 minutes away. Savannah offered our two families very comfortable living for our two week stay. The pool and games room kept the kids entertained for hours. As a golf professional I discovered Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve golf courses less than 5 minutes drive away which were very friendly and great value to play. With supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach this was the perfect base for our recent trip. The owner Gordon Errington and the management company offered us first class customer service during our stay. I can highly recommend Savannah to you.

Superb in every way !

This is a fantastic property - the layout is extremely good, number of bathrooms/loos is very well thought out - even one outside adjacent to the pool. Everything we could want for is provided - you almost don't want to leave to actually go and see the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The pool is really good fantastic view not got anyone peering into your pool area - quiet too. Getting to Disney is easy around about 20 minutes - nearby Publix supermarket . There isn't one negative .. in fact there were a couple of issues which were caused by the stormy weather but the maintenance people were on it within 24 hours and all sorted. Fantastic place fully recommend - really large living space, feels extremely luxurious - would come back again

Beautiful home

Hi Gordon, Nice to hear from you . We returned home the 27th November after having the most amazing time. Your villa was one of the seven villas we stayed in and I have to say your villa was very special to us. Everything was perfect for us there , and the cinema room was a big hit with the younger ones. We loved how homely it was as soon as we walked through the door. We were actually dissapointed we had to leave there, shame it was booked for our dates . Perfect holiday house for families

Absolutely Perfect

I have traveled to the Disney area several times a year for at least the last 10 years. I always rent a house or condo and I am very familiar with most rental experiences. I was extremely impressed at this rental. It was impressive from the day I got there until I left. The owner stayed in constant contact with me before the trip and all the way through the trip back home. This was impressive due to the fact that they live in the U K First the description of the house and amenities, does little justice to what you actually experience. The house itself was great, The pool was great, The master bedroom and its private bathroom with garden tub and glass door shower for 2 was WOW, great to say the least. Second, the beds themselves was great and comfortable. I have rented from others that had mattresses that where terrible quality and seem like 50 years old with stains.......Not at this house, theses where clean and comfortable. There was a huge selection of bedding, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. There was at least 40 or 50 bath towels. The location was great, Just far enough from the parks that it felt like home rather than in a tourist area. After renting a house or condo over 25 times....... I would have to say I would rate this a 10 out of 10 and would not hesitate to rent from them again.
