Welcome to our funkiest & fun # 2. This quant little house has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, hosting up to 4 people. It's on a quite street directly across from a city park. Centrally located in Memphis - Midtown/Broad Avenue Arts District.

Welcome Guests! Our 1925 home has been renovated with all modern amenities. Staying in for the evening? TV fully stocked with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and blazing fast internet. Traveling with kiddos? Have a glass of wine in the front porch swing and watch the kids play in the grassy park right across the street. Multiple cars in your group? 2 Cars can fit in the drive-way and plenty of spots on the street as there is a park across from you! The property is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

The house was excellent. Good location. Beautiful yard and everything inside was great. We do have some suggestions for future patrons…. The two bedrooms need brighter lighting… it was deem and very hard to see. The seating in the living room was beautiful but very uncomfortable… it was great for what we needed, but if we wanted to stay in for the night and watch a movie…it was sooo uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we would recommend to anyone who wants to stay here… we for sure would love to stay again. Loved it!!!

Clean home in convenient location for our one night stop over while traveling through Memphis. Enclosed back yard great for our dog. Water in bathroom, shower and sink, not very hot.
