Clean home in convenient location for our one night stop over while traveling through Memphis. Enclosed back yard great for our dog. Water in bathroom, shower and sink, not very hot.

The house was excellent. Good location. Beautiful yard and everything inside was great. We do have some suggestions for future patrons…. The two bedrooms need brighter lighting… it was deem and very hard to see. The seating in the living room was beautiful but very uncomfortable… it was great for what we needed, but if we wanted to stay in for the night and watch a movie…it was sooo uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we would recommend to anyone who wants to stay here… we for sure would love to stay again. Loved it!!!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay due to a horrible ice storm.Thankfully our host was gracious enough to contact us in advance regarding the bad weather and suggested we stay put. He was extremely responsive, courteous, and kind.

Great place to stay one you are in Memphis, Tennessee. Easy to access to Hwy. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner is very friendly.

The place was well stocked with everything we needed for our Bball short stay in Memphis. Our host was very responsive and helpful to us.
