New 2024 listing - full of amenities this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is comfortable for up to 8 guests. Smart TVs in every bedroom plus living area. Ultra fast WIFI and Xfinity Cable. Fully stocked open concept kitchen includes coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and Splenda in addition to Olive Oil and most cooking Spices. We even supply insulated cups to keep your beverages cold! Indoor dining seats 8. Playstation 4 and multiple board games available for rainy days. Outside dining on large deck along with propane fire table and conversation area. Private swimming deck with lounge chairs to relax in the sunshine! 9 x 12 swimming mat available at no charge.

There is a 2023 Pontoon available to rent at an extra charge discounted for guests who rent our home! Boat fee is $400.00/day discounted to $368.00/day for our guests. Rentals for 3 days or more are discounted even further!

Lake Cottage Extraordinaire!!

Perfectly appointed three bedroom cottage with a wonderful deck and large pier. The grandchildren loved jumping and floating in the water. Kelly, our host, was in frequent contact to ensure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely cottage.

We had an amazing stay @ Kelly & Kevin’s lake house! They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable!!! It was really charming! And the lake view was lovely! Thank you! We succeeded in creating more wonderful family memories!!!
