Beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath with master suite. Located only a few blocks from Hayward Field and the University of Oregon campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Great restaurants, grocery store, and parks, all just a short walk away. This ground level residence is approximately 1000 sq. ft. and equipped with a washer/dryer, kitchenette and fireplace. There is a peaceful outdoor seating area with a grill, a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cook dinner on the BBQ. The Suite is stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home.
