Great stay

Place was very clean. Nice and quiet. Outside of house and pool in need of maintenance pool leaks alot. Driveway is very sketchy for full size vehicle's.

June Getaway

This house was perfect for our family. It was our second time staying at this house and we are already planning our trip back. Very private quiet dock section that is safe for kids to play in the lake. Kids love to paddle board and kayak and go tubing on the boat. It was easy to rent the boat that came with the house and used sun side rentals for some other lake fun items!

Great Getaway!

My friends and I loved this property. There were 10 of us and we never felt cramped for space. The owners thought of everything. Plenty of towels, toiletries, fire wood, gas connections for the grills, ice, you name it. There was ample parking and close proximity to a grocery store. If you planning to stay in the Lake Norman area and have a nice size group, this place is a must! 5 stars all around from me.

We had such a great time with plenty of space. We used the pool daily and loved the view and access to the lake. Great customer service. My only complaint would be that we couldn’t get internet the last two days. We called first thing in the morning when we noticed it wasn’t working and no one was able to come out to fix it. Would definitely return.

pool area and dock were perfect for our group other than the fact the water was green pretty much all week - pool guy was back several times but i do not think he was very knowledgeable about salt water poolsinside was just above average master bed was almost 4 feet off the ground my wife is 5’ tall very hard to get in/outcooking supplies were short - normally a lot of spices etc nothing here and short on large platters and pots very small kitchenoutside patios great we ate all meals theresunken game room dangerous - only one fall this week - a chair or dresser in bedrooms would be greatlove the Morrisville location trash pick up was poor - never empty more than 1/2 the can - very stinky when we arrived and left - overall it worked for our family esp the outside area and we had our normal crazy good time - beds were comfortable once you got inthe house just needs some updates but great location- no issues with neighbors - back yard area perfect - over priced for the housebut underpriced for the back pool and dock area - plenty of water depth to get boat in!!host was very responsive- lake view beautiful kids swam in it every day!John

Thanks for taking the time to lay all of this out, John — the level of detail is genuinely useful. We're glad the outdoor spaces carried the week: the dock, the patios where you ate every meal, the depth for the boat, and that lake view the kids clearly made the most of. Sounds like the family still had the crazy good time you were after. That said, several things here should have gone better. The pool water not clearing all week is the big one, and your point about saltwater expertise has been passed along specifically. The kitchen being short on cookware and spices, the height of the master bed, the step down into the game room, the trash service, and the request for bedroom seating have all gone to our team as well. We appreciate you being straightforward about the value equation too. We'd welcome the chance to host your family again with these things sorted out.

Prime Location

Did the family vacation here and had a blast. Enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the property location and grounds are wonderful! The interior of the home could use a fresh cost of paint and the bunk room is pretty tight with no closet, dresser or storage for kiddo’s clothes. The bunk room lacked privacy with no window blind the door that separates it from the main living area is glass. We also did not realize that the owners pontoon boat would be onsite which made finding dock room for our boat and jet ski’s challenging. However none of these things stopped us from having a great time. The property’s location and grounds are fantastic and we spent most of our time either on the lake or in the pool!

Great space!

The sleeping arrangements were perfect for my whole family; we had 14 all together, 8 adults and 6 kids. The bunk room was so fun for the kids! The kitchen is well-stocked, and having two refrigerators is key. The low cleanliness score is because of the pool. It wasn’t properly opened, so it was dirty and ended up green while we were there. That part was disappointing. Otherwise, assuming this has been addressed, it’s a wonderful property!

Very nice location, good amenities

The location and backyard amenities make this house very desirable. Great space for entertaining or larger groups. Plenty of TVs, pool toys, fridge space. You are able to communicate with a property manager at anytime through text which was helpful. One thing that stood out was the general wear and tear on the house; I understand it is meant as a rental so you furnish and utilize it accordingly but some lights and fans didnt work, multiple things were held together with zip ties, pool was dirty. For the prices charged I think items should be fixed/replaced when broken.

Great house and spot for a family vacation

Our 2 daughters found this wonderful house that met our budget and fit our needs - large enough for our family, on a lake with a pool and able to rent for less than a week. Loved being able to rent pontoon through owner, pool table for adults & teens and 2 kayaks and paddle board and corn hole. We believe we left the house very clean and neat. All trash emptied and taken to cans, towels by washer and beds stripped and sheets left at on floor in rooms per instructions.

Nice property

Beautiful property with great views of the lake. The family had a great time! The A/C struggled to keep the home cool on extremely hot days, and the grill/smoker was broken and not replaced adequately for the price of the rental. Consider altering pool treatments to be at times that do not disrupt the renter’s experience. Overall a positive and memorable experience.

Long Weekend

This is a nice property in a great location - a nice part of the lake close to several marinas, groceries and other suburban essentials, and also close to Davidson. The property manager does a great job communicating and the check in process was great. Having a pool and a pontoon boat available on the property made the trip a lot of fun. The property is a little worn and could use some TLC (and a little more cookware) but I wouldn't let that discourage you from staying here.

We stayed here with our teen girls and two other families. It was a great stay. The kids loved the bunk room and open space . There was plenty of room for us all to eat and hang out in the evenings.
