The kitchen is fully equipped for large-group cooking, including three refrigerators, a double range with two ovens, a commercial ice machine, two microwaves, a selection of coffee makers, and a generous pantry. The floor also features a queen bedroom with a private bath and a bunk bedroom with two twin bunk beds sleeping 4 and a private bath. A half bath and laundry room complete this level.

The middle floor is dedicated entirely to sleeping accommodations, offering four king bedrooms each with a private bath, plus one bedroom with two Queen beds sleeping four, also with a private bath.

The top floor features entertainment options for everyone, but is perfectly suited to the young ones in your group. The floor starts with a theater room featuring comfortable reclining seats for nine, perfect for movie nights. It also features a game room offering a pool table, tabletop arcade game, and four built-in sleeping nooks. Right off the game room, you'll find a bedroom with two queen bunk beds sleeping up to 8 with its own private bath. A hall bath and laundry room are also conveniently located on this floor.

Outside, a private 14' x 16' heatable pool is surrounded by a spacious deck with plenty of room for lounging and outdoor dining, served by a convenient poolside bathroom. The rooftop terrace is outfitted with yet more seating and lounge chairs and offers breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf Shores.
