Hangin 10 est une magnifique maison avec 8 chambres spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bain privée et Smart TV. 6 chambres King, 2 qui ont chacune une paire de reines. 4 chambres (3 rois, 1 paire de reines) sont en bord de mer avec des porches en bord de mer. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain privée et une télévision HD.

La grande grande salle s'ouvre sur un porche en bord de mer et votre propre piscine privée. La cuisine a 2 réfrigérateurs, 2 lave-vaisselle et une énorme quantité de comptoir pour que vous puissiez cuisiner confortablement pour une foule.

Il y a des laveries aux deuxième et troisième étages.

La piscine privée en bord de mer peut être chauffée pour 50 $ / jour.

Hangin 10 est situé à environ 3 miles à l'ouest de la route 59, à quelques centaines de mètres à l'est de Lagoon Pass qui offre une excellente pêche lorsque les marées entrent et sortent de la lagune. Vous serez à proximité de restaurants et de boutiques, mais loin des appartements et des foules.

Pardon! AUCUN GROUPE DE COLLÈGE. Nous accueillons des équipes, des groupes religieux, des groupes parrainés par des professeurs. This is an amazing house and was perfect for our group. Lots of great space for everyone! We loved being able to get to the beach so easily, and the views are incredible. We enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets, beach walks, and the pool was perfect as well. Spacious kitchen and living room space made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Additionally, we were traveling with someone in a wheelchair and the accessibility of this home was the best we have ever encountered. The owner and rental company was kind and helpful and always responded promptly with any questions or requests. Such a wonderful experience, and we would love to come back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful family reunion at the Memory Maker! The house was perfect for our large group, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom—such a bonus. The beach access was incredibly convenient, and the outdoor shower made it easy to spend as much time outside as possible. The kids loved having the pool as their own space to play, while the spacious main floor gave us plenty of room for family gatherings. The large, well-equipped kitchen with multiple fridges, ovens, and sinks made meal prep a breeze.Another highlight was the free excursions included with our stay. These added a fun and unique touch to our trip, giving family members the chance to explore and enjoy activities outside of the house without extra planning or cost. It was such a thoughtful perk that made our vacation even more memorable.This home truly had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable, and unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family vacation

This house has a double kitchen which was amazing when cooking for 18 people. The beach was perfect . We had trouble with the internet and they came and fixed it but many of us could not ever get on. Tha TVs in the bedrooms did not seem to work so we didn’t use them. It may have been something we were doing. Having 2 ice makers is great. May want toCheck the one as it didn’t make much ice. Loved the little welcoming kits for the bathrooms. Very special. Will stay here again if we come back to Gulf Shores.

Amazing house with amazing views!

We had a wonderful time at Hangin 10! The place was spotless when we walked in the door. It smelled clean too! Any small issues that arose were quickly handled by Geoff! The pictures do not do it justice! We were only a small family of 4 staying in this huge home! You could easily fit 4 large families and have tons of space to spread out! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home for my 40th birthday! Everything was perfect ☺️

Family get away

Everything was just how it was presented. Met our expectations and was clean and so easy. The only thing is we didn’t know there was a closet with beach chairs and toys until we already rented chairs. We thought it was locked. Also one of the bedrooms didn’t have a chair,which gave us nowhere to sit even to put shoes on or anything. But overall it was very very nice. Would recommend it for sure.

Great Beach House

This house has it all of a large group. The eight bedrooms all with their own bathroom is GREAT. The multiple TVs downstairs is great for kids and adults. The Kitchen is huge and lots of room and seating. 2 of everything is great, I just wish the second ice maker was working. My only complaint is that the coffee pots should be upgraded as they are old and one of them does not shut off after a period of time and we left it on all day, oops. The pool was great for the kids and the direct beach access can't be beat. If we can afford it, we will stay here again.

Thanks for staying with us! The part arrived for the 2nd icemaker and it was quickly put back into action. We'll test the coffee makers--when something doesn't work we want to replace it! Please call us when you find an issue like that and we'll get it taken care of immediately if we are able to (coffee maker is an easy fix, icemaker repair required a special-order part so takes longer).

Wonderful Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our families gathering. The elevator made it so easy for our older family members to access all floors. Pool was amazing to have but the beach was perfect. Our own private boardwalk to the beach and where the house is located there were very few people near our home. The house has everything you could possibly need. We had a problem with a lock on the door and the management company had a repair man at the home within an hour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In the kitchen there’s two of everything refrigerator icemaker‘s stoves three sinks everything . There’s also a washer and dryer on both of the bedroom floors. I recommend that you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels and Kleenex if you need them. Everything else was provided for cleaning etc. There was no spices or anything as stated in the description we love this house and are planning to rent it again in the future.

Nice design house needs updating

Reviewer Comments: The house had a great design three floors elevator open concept floors were downstairs where coming up from water damage mold underneath ice machines upstairs carpets need to be replaced very old and raggedy The pool was not described as the right size very small not suitable for 15 to 20 people brick trim around edge of bull was all coming apart and easily someone could step on it and fall into the pool or on their back on the deck Deck was very small for the amount of people that could staying there. Also everyday we saw three to five rats in the sand underneath the house and under the pool. The refrigerators were not cleaned out before we got there one smelled so bad of fish and it never got cleaned out before we left both refrigerators needed maintenance to look at it to get them a little colder. Air conditioning in the house worked very good but mostly the house needs updating floors carpet pool cosmetics in my opinion the house was not worth the amount of money we paid for a week. This house is very overpriced

Annual Girls Trip

It is spacious and I love the fact that there is ample amount of sitting space on the main floor. Having a private bathroom in each bedroom is super also! We had a minor issue with little bugs and when we called they sent someone out immediately to take care of the issue. The dryers do not work well at all. It will take you all day to dry a load of bath towels. The pots in the kitchen worked but could benefit from a new set. The real issue is this: On our departure day my daughter woke up with the stomach flu. We had a 4 hour trip ahead of us and there was no way she could travel. I called the rental company and asked if we could check out later so I could try to rent a car or move to a hotel room. They said we had until 1pm and then they would charge us for another night. I arranged for my husband to come and pick us up from 4 hours away. The housekeeper showed up at noon and I tried to explain the situation to her. She spoke no English so communication was impossible. Instead of coming in and starting she sat in her car. At 1:10pm a lady showed up and told us that we had to leave. I explained to her that my husband was outside of Foley and he would be there very soon. She was not rude but she made it clear we were to get out. I moved my sick daughter and all of our belongings onto the driveway to wait for my husband. Also my daughter left a very expensive undergarment handing on the door in the bathroom. I called on Monday and asked them to mail it. I was told I would get a call back if they were not able to locate it. I had to call them back on Thursday to ask about it. Of course the housekeeper claims she did not see it. I hope she enjoys wearing it! Bottom line...this is a beautiful house with lots of luxuries. But if you have an emergency or leave an item you will be out of luck!

We appreciate you staying with us and are so sorry your daughter became ill and did our best to accommodate your situation. We know you called early in the morning (a little before 7) to let us know about your situation and we offered a 1 pm check-out to give you extra time. At 1:45 we needed to get started, having waited as long as possible to get our staff into the house. We find many items and are happy to ship them to you when we do.

We've been to Gulf Shores over 10 times and this was the best place for our entire extended family. 2 ovens, 2 ice makers, 2 refrigerators, 3 sinks! Really made things easy. 16 people fit very comfortably and the rooms were all spacious with attached baths. Spacious beach and relaxing pool. We would 100% come back to this amazing place.

Disappointed....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were pleased with the house but that dissipated through the week. The home needs a good 'deep cleaning' and refresh. There are 2- stoves, ice machines, dishwashers, etc. but multiple eyes on the stoves that don't heat fully, dishwasher racks broken & both extremely dirty, one ice machine that is extremely slow to produce. No access to any brooms/vaccuums so no way to clean up after yourself. To note, we did make a call to maintenance and someone came out and reluctantly opened a door for us to have access to a vacuum. Running the disposals throws a repulsive smell as does changing bags in the trash can. Dishes put up dirty and kitchen shelves that are food and dirt stained. Used razors and hair in showers/on towels, disgusting! The home is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach! Lots of beach supplies at the house that we weren't aware of (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). Plenty of space and we enjoyed the large kitchen island and plenty of furniture at the pool deck! We loved Janino's Pizza and stopped in Waves for quick groceries, both just a few blocks away and always love Cobalt and the Hangout for our meals away from the house!

Family Thanksgiving

Spacious house with plenty of privacy on bedroom floors with laundry on each. The kitchen, dining, and living space was perfectly arranged with plenty of room. We had as many as 6 adults cooking at one time without tripping over one another. The outdoor decks and pool were wonderful with excellent beach views and access. We all had a marvelous time.

Plenty of room!

There were 13 of us and we never felt “on top of each other” at all. Comfy beds. Updated, beachy decor. Loved having two of everything in the kitchen! Great location! Plenty of seating in the kitchen/den area. Easy check- in and check- out process. Only things I would suggest are to provide the kitchen with more Tupperware/storage containers. Kitchen flooring needs to be re-done, and carpet pulled from bedrooms, but it did not hinder the beauty of this home. Just suggestions! We would definitely come back to this home in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best vacation! House was perfect! We had 20 adults and 5 littles (ages 2-8) and no one felt crowded or cramped or on top of one another. It was beautiful but also comfortable at the same time. The pool was smaller than what we were expecting, but we enjoyed it very much. The distance from the boardwalk to the water was so close that we didn't even take a cooler when we went; just ran back to the house when we needed something. The Saturday we checked in, the a/c unit on the 2nd floor was not working; they sent someone to look at it. He couldn't fix it, so they sent another guy out who replaced it that very evening! I was shocked at how quickly that happened. Any time I needed to get in contact with the property managers, they responded immediately to my questions or concerns. Absolutely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a house this size.

Great House

There were 12 adults and 9 children, The lay out of the house was perfect for a group this size. The washer and dryers on the second and third floor could be bigger since towels have to washed, dried and folded before you leave on the final day. Overall this was GREAT. Looking to forward to using this property again next year and the following years long term.
