Comes furnished and ready to move it! This apartment is under a periodically used 3br house (which is on the 2nd floor) and shares a jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, treehouse, dock, bikes, and fenced yard. Full washer/dryer usage is available in the garage. The apartment is completely private and perfect for a mid-term rental by a professional who is looking for a unique and natural experience that's different from standard apartment complexes! Relax on the dock, fish, enjoy nature - all while having the conveniences of wi-fi, smart TV, and new stainless appliances! Conveniently located 20 minutes from everything Tampa has to offer! Pets are case by case. 30-180 term rental preferred. RV/EV Full Hook Up and 30' covered RV slip can be used for additional fee!

Odessa Lakefront Apartment

The apartment is new, clean and brightly decorated. The property has beautiful lakefront with a new dock. Canoes, fishing equipment, and a hot tub are available. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Ben was a great host.
