We have beach towels, beach chairs and cooler for you to borrow!This premium location is closeto the restaurants and Super Walmart, and is about 15 minutes to Tampa Premium Outlet, 14 miles to Raymond James Stadium, 9.5 miles to Bush Gardens and Adventure Island, 21 Miles to Tampa Airport, 13 miles to Tampa Riverwalk, 16 miles to South Howard Avenue (SoHo), 9 miles to Museum Of Science And Industry, 10 Miles to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, 14 miles to Florida Aquarium, 13 miles to Ybor City and very close to Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Clearwater and St Petersburg Beaches.

-This property has Septic tank system, and we'll water with softener system.
-In order to access the kitchen and two of the rooms you need to use the stairs, which are located inside and outside of the property,
-You need to do a short drive of unpaved road, but any car can access the property

Guest can access any space of the property, this is not a share property

I am always available for my guests if they need me, otherwise is a self check in process

Early drop off luggage available (between 12PM and 4 PM), I will notify my Guests if the property is available before 4 PM.

Our home is located in a peaceful area and offers a cozy, relaxing environment for travelers looking to disconnect. Please note that the property uses a well water system, which is very common in this region. At times, the water may have a slight natural smell, especially if it hasn’t been used recently.

The water is safe and fully functional and The home is equipped with a well filtration system for your comfort. but if you are particularly sensitive to natural water odors, this property may not be the right fit for you. We prefer to be transparent so that all guests feel comfortable and know what to expect before booking.

Please note that there is a short unpaved driveway/road leading to the property. All regular vehicles can access it without any issues, but we like to mention it so guests know what to expect before arrival.

Please note that a friendly, elderly dog from a neighboring property occasionally wanders through the area. He does not live at this property, is very calm, quiet, and does not bark or bother guests.

While we have no control over the neighbor's dog, we want to be transparent so guests know what to expect. If the occasional presence of a dog would make this property unsuitable for you, we encourage you to book a different accommodation that better meets your needs.
