This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean and extremely well appointed. The layout worked well for four couples and four children ages three and under. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The host had all items needed in the kitchen, paper and cleaning products to get started and even provided hand soap in each bathroom as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner.The outside area was great, we used the grill most nights and enjoyed the pool each day. We loved the location of the house as it was very close to shopping and restaurants. The host was very responsive whenever we had contacted him. All in all, it was a great week! We would definitely return to this property!

Four couples and four little ones under three is no small crew, and we love that everyone found their own comfortable corner! Shoreway Cove was Excellent!

Our family of 9 adults and 5 children had a wonderful weekend at Lake Norman thanks to the management of Avant Stay. The home was lovely, very clean with lots of room and a beautiful view of the Lake. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Brittany was very helpful. She responded to our calls promptly with kindness and expertise. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids as was fishing off the pier. Kayaks and paddleboards added to the lake experience and the grounds were well kept.

This house is advertised as a lake side property with a dock. When we rented a boat for the week, we were surprised when the marina told us that the dock was unusable. I know that your disclaimer says you can vouch for the level of the lake, but apparently that dock has been unusable for months if not the past year. You should not be promoting it as a house with a dock when that is inaccurate. Worse, I paid top dollar for the rental to have a lakeside house WITH A DOCK. If I had known there was no working dock, I would have rented another house. As it was, we could have rented any house with a pool in the middle of a subdivision. A useless dock is not what I was sold.

Wedding weekend

Enjoyed our stay during the weekend of our son’s wedding. House is in an excellent location for getting around Huntersville. It has great spaces for gathering as well as cozy spaces for a little less mingling. Sons enjoyed the games; air hockey, ping pong, table shuffleboard, and pool. Great outdoor spaces as well which we were able to take advantage of due to the mild November weather. We agreed we’d like to come back to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool in warmer weather. Kitchen worked well for meals in and plenty of lovely bedrooms and bathrooms for the 8 of us. We all thought this was a great house. 👍

Great house! Although I agree it’s technically “lake front” there is very little view and the water is too shallow / murky to get a boat to the dock or swim. Otherwise, we loved the space, pool and all of the activities! The location is also a very convenient drive to Birkdale and lots of stores / restaurants.
