Brand New 4000+ sq ft house with pool, hot tub, amazing deck and amenities

Be one of our first guests as this brand new beautiful home with pool, hot tub and fantastic amenities - completed and furnished in May of 2024! This house is truly one of the most luxurious, beautiful properties available on Lake Norman and you will be amazed with the attention to detail and how an amazing of a space it is to entertain with your friends and family!

Across this two level home, you'll find 5 private sleeping areas - all with en-suite bathrooms and 4 of them with King beds! As you head outside, take in those amazing views of Lake Norman from the covered deck with ample seating! Ready to cool off? Head down to the lower level and jump into the pool or enjoy the hot tub! Near the hot tub, you'll also find a large outdoor dining table and a propane based grill. The exterior amenities are top notch - (4) kayaks of varying size, private dock with a high-end ladder perfect for easy navigation, corn hole boards, tons of seating and much more.

An unfortunate rainy day or night? Inside you'll find (8) SMART TVs, beautiful fireplaces, pool table, arcade game with all of the classics like Pac Man & a separate arcade golf game - plus cards and board games, plenty to keep everyone busy and entertained!

A Couple Of Notes:
- Many of the waterfront properties on Lake Norman utilize private well and septic, this property has 5 rooms with beds that are set up for guest use with a private 3-bedroom septic & well system.
- The pool will be heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th each year and hot tub is heated and available year round! Contact us for off-season heating of the pool as we may be able to heat for an additional cost but not something we can always commit to.
- Lake Norman is a man made lake, water depth will vary throughout the year.

Amazing home!!

Home was beautiful! We’ve been renting homes on lakes throughout NC, SC, and GA for 5 years and this was by far our favorite home. It was our second visit to Lake Norman but we’ll definitely be back!

Great place

We really enjoyed this house. It was so fun and convenient to the lake. The paddle boats were a huge hit and the house was so well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Family gathering

The house was very spacious and well equipped for the 14 of us. We loved the two kitchens, the great patios. The cove made it easier for the children to use kayaks and swim as motor boats were not close by. We loved the house.It would be great if the cooking utensils are upgraded (from mostly plastic to stainless) and paddle boards are made available. Also for the pricing, we shouldn't be limited on paper towels and trash papers!!

Gorgeous Lake Home

This is an immaculately-designed, beautiful home overlooking gorgeous Lake Norman. The smell of new house greeted us from the second we opened the door. Everything was perfect, with lots to do for the whole family in and around the house, a great kitchen, comfy beds, and beautiful decor. The pool and spa are top of the line and sure to afford hours of enjoyment for the whole family. If you are looking for a 5-star experience on Lake Norman, this home is for you. We hope to return someday.

Perfect Property

This property was amazing. The pictures are great, but they don't do it justice. The home is very spacious, providing many areas for us to get together or get away from one another. The outdoor area, with the fans, worked well to relax any time of the day, especially for an afternoon nap. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. We had a great time fishing from the dock and using the kayaks provided by the host. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying if it is available next time.

Luxurious Home Away from Home

This home was the perfect luxury get away; beautiful and newly renovated from top to bottom. Two fully stocked kitchens made preparing our meals so easy—the appliances and kitchen utensils were updated and nice. The beds were comfortable and each room had a large fan for easy temperature control. The seating in the house was very comfortable from the couches and chairs indoors to the patio furniture outdoors. The bathrooms had a luxury hotel feel. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool could be heated so it made for swimming on the cooler days more comfortable. The hot tub was spacious and one of our favorite hang out spots. Forget your pool towels? No problem. There is a fully stocked bathroom accessible from the pool that has a shower and clean beach towels for guests use. If you pick this home to vacation you will not regret it and further will NOT want to leave. Make sure you take a book to read in the bunk bed room with the fun color changing ceiling lights.

Beautiful home inside and out! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Extremely clean and well appointed for all kitchen needs but left space for guests to utilize pantry area for their needs. Beach towels being supplied was a treat and the views were perfect! Our family of 14 had plenty of room to gather and then have privacy also!!
