This property is in an excellent location and the house was perfect for us and our family. Family Fun

Enjoyed every minute of our Florida vacation. The house was perfect, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you would need and a beautiful location! Randall was always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to another visit!

Best vacation home yet!

We have been visiting the Nokomis/Venice area for many years now. This is hands down the best home in which we have stayed. Any amenity you could want or need is provided. Mr. and Mrs. Harkness are wonderful to work with and always available to answer any question you may have. We look forward to visiting their beautiful home again soon.

Lovely home in a friendly community

We enjoyed many things about our stay in this home, but one of our favorites was the never ending show of beautiful birds on the small lake on the back of the property, in the surrounding trees, and even coming within a few feet of the patio. The home is just a short distance from the community center where we used the pool and hot tub, borrowed books from the library, and joined a poker group. Renters in the community are welcome to participate in the many activities offered. We are already planning to return next year.

We’ve had an amazing time staying at this place in Nokomis. Great location and responsive host. House is very nice and spacious. Will definitely come back again!

Outstanding from start to finish!

Beautiful location. Exceptional amenities. Best beds ever! Beautiful clubhouse and pool. Very friendly neighbors. A wonderful experience. Wish we could stay again but a very popular place!!

Wonderful, Spacious, Great View... Clean and Comfy!

Upon arrival very welcoming and great neighborhood. Gated community and very safe and well kept! Great pool and we loved our stay! Great space, lots to do and the view really is nice. House is very well stocked and the hosts are very nice and thought of everything! I love soft beds so the beds could have been softer or could use some sort of topper for the mattresses! Would definitely stay again. I would live in the Inlets if I could! Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Harkness for the great accomodations that enabled us to have an unforgettable experience!

Awesome property!

We had a great time at Randy and Bev’s gorgeous house. Everything was top shelf - furnishings, appliances, electronics, housewares, sporting equipment etc. We had friends over one afternoon and they also loved it. So glad we got to enjoy the location, the home and neighborhood and weather. Thanks so much. We loved it. ❤️

Great Vacation Rental

This was our second time staying at this property! It is a nice house with a lake out back. It is close to the beach and downtown Venice. It is a great place to stay!

May stay!

Loved the house and location. Enjoyed the books and we left an addition to the Bill O’Reilly Killing series. Had a gater swim by on one occasion! A garage door remote would be helpful. We felt like we were leaving home by the end of our stay.

Best location

Our second stay in this house and we have the next reservation in Dezember 2019. Clouse to beaches and very close to golfcourses in the area.We love it! Felt like HOME!! Loved it! We wanted for nothing! We will be back...every year!!! :)

The house was amazing! The decor was nice and inviting, There were plenty of seating/furniture, bedding, dishes, silverware, pots & pans and glassware. It had everything you could ask for and more. The owners are so laid back and accommodating, which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The beach is 1 mile from the house. Our college kids rode the bikes to the beach on several occasions. The Red Tide was in full effect during our visit, which prevented us from going to the beach a couple of days. However, the club house was equipped with a swimming pool, tennis court, a gym and shuffle board that kept us plenty entertained! And did I mention we had a lake in our backyard and across the street to fish in. The neighbors in this gated community were very welcoming. The neighbor across the street brought us a newspaper each day, pulled our garbage cans in (before we woke up) and even brought us snacks for our car ride home to Texas! It was so nice! We have been going to Venice on vacation every year for about 10 years now! We found our place!!! We plan to stay here every year, as long as it’s available! It felt like home!

It's was so clean, neat and comfortable.

Not even a gum wrapper on the ground and the whole neighborhood was gated. I felt that my children were safe and I didn't worry about anything!

Urlaub in 4 Inlets, Nokomis

Wir waren vom 2.Mai bis 18.Juli zum 2x die Gäste von der Familie Harkness. Eigentlich könnten wir viel sagen, aber es gibt hier bei uns ein Sprichwort, was wir gerne benützen möchten. "In der Kürze liegt die Würze" PERFEKT...alles war PERFEKT! Vielen Dank an Bev und Randy.

Super Haus in super Lage sehr liebevoll eingerichtet

Ein sehr gepflegtes großes Haus, wo es an nichts fehlt. Alles was man für den Alltag braucht, war bereits vorhanden, (Grundnahrungsmittel, Handtücher, Müllbeutel, Waschmittel, Strandmöbel, Strandspielzeug usw.) Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten ruhigen geschlossenen Anlage .Alles im Haus ist sehr gepflegt, es gab nichts was nicht sauber und funktionstüchtig war. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, als wenn der Besitzer selber auf Dauer darin wohnen würde. Alles was in der Beschreibung geschrieben ist stimmt zu 100%. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich. Betreuung von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise, die weit über das normale Maß hinaus geht. Jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet. Er strahlte eine Freundlichkeit aus, die nicht gestellt wirkte. So etwas haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Zusammenfassend bleibt zu sagen wer gerne ein super Haus in einer super Umgebung mit einem super Vermieter mieten möchte ist hier richtig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten 4 Wochen gebucht und kannten die Ecke schon durch vorangegangene Urlaube. Die Nähe zum Strand- Auto stehen lassen und Rad benützen- oder zu den Shoppingcenter ist zu erwähnen. Das Haus selbst, die Einrichtungen alles super perfekt und sauber. Bemerkenswert auch der Blick auf den kleinen See und die damit verbundene Ruhe. Gut für Seele und Gesundheit. Der Kontakt zu Randy war hervorragend; er gab tolle Tipps und als es mal wirklich eng und unangenehm wurde, kam die Hilfe von ihm unverzüglich und prompt. Danke für die schöne und tolle Zeit. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir für 2017 sofort wieder -und zwar für 11 Wochen- gebucht haben. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die Familie Harkness. Übrigens, auf dem Weg zum Strand (Mittwochs u Samstag gibt es dort die Trommler) befindet sich eine leckere Eisdiele. Unbedingt besuchen und schlemmern!! Liebe Grüße eine Familie aus Deutschland.

Amazing Property Wonderful Vacation - The besr

We loved this home. The home was of a very generous size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is everything that you need and more to enjoy your stay. There are four recliners!! So comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need if you are cooking at home. The garden room is so very pleasant and set out so that you can enjoy your meals watching the otters play in the small lake. There are so many birds skimming the water. There are even eagles and hawks. While sitting having our meal one day a bob cat walked by the garden room, stopped for a second to look at us then continue to walk by. We were so stunned by this beautiful sight we were not quick enough to pick up a camera. What an amazing sight and such a rare privilege to enjoy. There are bikes, fishing rods, kayaks and swimming toys to enjoy. We have stayed in various places in Sarasota area for the past 20 years and have to say this is the best. The swimming pool is huge with the use of the small gym and THE HOT TUB. Wow the hot tub heated to over 100 degrees. Absolutely amazing to ease those aching joints. Tennis courts to use too. There are exercise classes you are welcome to join in with. The small community make you feels so welcome and they invite you to events as they are happening. I have to say this is the friendliest community I have been involved with. Bev and Randy are lovely to talk too and are only a telephone call away if you need any help. You are so near to Nokomis beach and jetty where you can guarantee seeing dolphins and manatees on each visits. I could say so much more. There is something for each person to enjoy. Do not hesitate to book. We loved our stay for the month of May this year. Thank you Randy and Bev. Xxx

Excellent location and outstanding service !

We spent one month in this beautiful home. You will find anything you could need to cook, do some light business, entertain yourself and basically enjoy yourself all around. On top of it Randall is a joy to interact with and will do his utmost to accommodate your needs even after you have left : he managed a late delivered parcel in a breeze. Only good things to say, so will stop here. One last thing though, if you intend on spending some quality time in the beautiful Venice area, do not hesitate and book this property !
