Quiet cottage with views
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cottage. Located between Medford and Jacksonville this cottage has a modern farmhouse look setting on 3.5 acres. Sip your coffee or wine on the porch and enjoy the wildlife and the views. Just 5 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and 15 minutes to Medford. The wifi works great!! Enjoy a country setting while close to town.
The living room has lots of seating and a TV for entertainment.The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and large walkin bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The master also has a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom and closet. The third room is upstairs and offers two twin beds. Upstairs has lots of space for privacy or an additional play/ work area.
Guests are able to walk the grounds of the property if they choose to do so. Please be aware of the wildlife. Give them their space. We want to keep them here as long as we can.

There is ample free onsite parking.
Upon arrival there is a gate you will have to manually open.
Cleaning fees for longer stays then two weeks are $225.
Unregistered pets have an additional cleaning fee of $55
Fires are NOT allowed on the property at anytime
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the home. Cameras are located on the front entry bridge. Guests having events, parties or unregistered guests will be asked to leave.
