Profitez de la "chaleur, confort et facilité dans la Vallée du Soleil - Resort Vous aimez Style" Venez à ma maison de ville comme un sursis de les mois froids de l'hiver - ou à tout moment de l'année pour profiter de la beauté de l'Arizona. Mon condo offre toutes les commodités d'être à la maison .... et beaucoup, beaucoup plus !! Vaste grande salle / salle à manger et cuisine - concept ouvert pour les familiales amusantes / amis rassemblements. Salle à manger pour 4 plus multiple au comptoir. Décorée dans un style qui se vante de "vacances". Grand Maître de la Reine Chambre avec salle de bains principale, y compris une promenade dans la douche, la vanité étendue, et placard. 2ème Chambre de la Reine offre à tous les besoins dans un cadre calme, ambiance détente. Canapé-lit dans la grande salle peut accueillir 2. Lovely complex avec une station comme la piscine, 12 personnes bain à remous, ramadas avec des tables et des grillades, des terrains de jeux et ½ terrains de basket. Terrain de football gazonné avec un sentier pédestre. Placard buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Situé dans l'est de Mesa, un accès très facile à l'autoroute 60 et de la boucle 202. 15 minutes des montagnes de la superstition, à 10 minutes des Montagnes Usery. 15 minutes de l'aéroport Mesa Gateway et 35 minutes de l'aéroport Skyharbor. Restaurants et commerces .... 5-10 minutes dans de multiples directions. Cuisine bien équipée. Cox Cable et Internet haut débit avec modem sans fil. 32 'TV dans la grande salle w DVR et lecteur DVD. 27 'TV en Master Bedoorm. New Grill électrique. 1 garage avec télécommande. S'il vous plaît noter: Mon site est vérifiée quotidiennement - répondre aux demandes, la mise à jour du calendrier, etc. Donc, si vous êtes intéressé à une date précise et la date apparaît disponibles .... Il est !! Aussi, je l'ai posté mes tarifs et ne avoir un frais de nettoyage et d'une protection contre les dommages en plus des taux affichés. Donc, si vous êtes à l'aise avec les taux plus les frais de nettoyage et de protection des dommages, et la date est disponible, s'il vous plaît procéder à l'aide de la 'réserver' option. Je dois 24 heures à partir du moment de l'affichage d'accepter la demande de réservation. Juste un processus simplifié que je l'ai activé pour notre site. Je vous remercie!!

AWESOME! Condo was very clean and had EVERYTHING you could need for your stay; the beds are wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer included. We loved that you are located close to shops, restaurants and mountain hiking. Property managers were always available to answer questions and provide us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend to friends and relatives for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our 1 month stay, and hope to come back again soon. Jerry & Sue

Very nice condo with all the amenities. Well stocked with just about everything you need for a pleasant stay. Convenient location. Host was quick to respond to questions. Pool wasn’t heated in January but we really didn’t expect it to be. Besides, the Mesa public pool was only four minutes away for lap swimming.

Great location, comfortable stay

Our two week stay was perfect and would reserve it again. Beds were comfortable (although we like a king size), kitchen was well stocked, owner responded quickly with any questions we had, quiet neighborhood, soccer field-basketball court-playground was perfect for our grand kids to play on, grocery store and pharmacy close by. The weather was rainy and cool so no chance to use the pool, but looked very inviting.

What We Needed

We needed a place to stay between selling our home and waiting for our new house to become available and this place was the perfect fit! It had enough space for myself and my two children (and would be fine for more people as well). The home had things that we needed for an extended stay including a washer & dryer and full kitchen- things that hotels don't (typically) offer. Communication with the owners was easy- they were very responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for what we needed, it is close to several stores, outlet mall center, and to major freeways. The housing community was very nice, friendly neighbors, and the pool and parks were very well maintained.

Warm and cozy family townhome

This was a such a wonderful family townhome experience. The location in Muirfield Village was quiet and safe and near everything. We loved the spacious open concept living area. The kitchen had great working appliances and the cupboards were well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms had nice showers. We also loved all the natural light and enjoyed the patio balcony in the mornings for coffee. Our dog enjoyed taking walks with us on the path around the soccer field and in a the neighborhood. Also enjoyed sitting around the community pool and basking in the Arizona sun. Definitely recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

The pool was to be open all during our stay. It was only open for 2 weeks.Absolutely no Privacy. ly

The tap water had a odor bad smell most times. The Pots and Pans had a lot of wear the finish was off of them. The Furniture was very old. The Stove and Fridge and washer and dryer was very old. Everything was old needed to be REPLACED. The MATTRESS was terrible needed replacing as well. Damage Deposit how do we get it BACK. Please tell me What I can do to get it BACK. Margaret Binder.

Hi Margaret ... So sorry you were displeased with your stay. It's expressly disconcerting as everyone who stays loves it! We've had guests book the next year after only a couple of days in the condo. Regarding your other issues, we would have tried to help you out as much as possible if you had even mentioned the concerns. New pots and pans can easily be purchased and dropped off. However, the furniture, appliances, etc have NEVER been complained about at all. And the sofa is brand new. The water odor ... we would have liked to know about this as we would have wanted to check it out!! Again, very sorry you were displeased and hope you have a better stay at your next place. Great choice for Mesa Az

Highly recommend accommodation, in great position in Mesa Az. The place was extremely clean, anything you would have at home was available in this well stocked condo, towels, pool towels, and bedding. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and small appliances. When we needed support from owners Rob answered all calls and was very helpful and dealt swiftly with any questions we had, would recommend this property to anyone.

The Best!

We have stayed in this townhouse for a second time. It is so roomy and comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the lighting is great. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. And it has the extra bonus of a garage. The townhouse complex is well maintained, quiet and the south end has a large soccer field that is great for walking. I recommend this to family and friends. Thanks Rob and Barbara

Joan, the owner, lives in Wisconsin, a retired police officer. It was a dream to own a home in Arizona, and as I still reside in WI, I decided to share my dream with others! The sun, beautiful scenery, spring training, golf, sights and attractions … all make for a fabulous retreat!

Joan chose this location for it’s easy access to anywhere in the Valley and day trip excursions. I built my condo, as did my brother and his wife at the same time, which made the decision easy! Rob and Barbara reside in Queen Creek, AZ and will be managing the property on my behalf. They will be your contacts, are very accommodating and approachable, and experienced with vacation rentals.
