What makes this property unique
This is an historic two-story Brick house built in 1870. The house has been modernized but still has the feel of a post civil war farm house.
The house was sold to John T. Chamberlain in 1879 by Julia Graf and has been occupied by someone in the "Chamberlain" family for over 100 years.
In the mid-1980's the house was sold to Charles Industries and was renovated and modernized to be used as a Corporate retreat.
The house was recently purchased by the Vaughn's who fell in love with the architecture and the19th century charm when entering the home. The house has been updated to be shared with short-term rental guests who want to experience the uniqueness of spending time in an historic home.
