Located directly on the dunes on beachfront. This oceanfront condo offers a private balcony with stunning panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Enjoy the large oceanfront heated pool and secured stair-less boardwalk to beach access. Book now, for long stays with steep discounts.

We ensure a worry-free stay with remote check-in and check-out, keyless entry for convenience, and no daily maid interruptions. Complete privacy guaranteed.

For added peace of mind, we recommend looking into travel protection services or travel insurance.

Amenities include HDTV flat-screen Smart TVs with cable, a queen pillow-top bed with fresh linens, a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel stove and oven, cooking utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, and a microwave. Custom cabinets with soft close drawers and doors. Stone countertops in kitchen and dining area/workspace. Dining area has room for 3 including a lounge chair and 2 folding chairs. Living area has a love seat and soft, reclining rocker. Great private balcony/terrace with chairs and table. The unit has two separate air conditioners/heaters, an ironing board, and a hairdryer.

All queen units, such as ours, face the ocean, though studio and some first-floor units have limited views. Our unit is on the 2nd floor, offering fantastic ocean views and a glimpse of vibrant sand dunes. The condominium features four floors, two elevators (with the south elevator just 25 feet from our unit), a pet-friendly community (with exceptions and a non-refundable fee), smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and nearby emergency services. Front desk staff are available from 8 AM to 10 PM, and free wireless internet is provided, by us, so you will have a secure and reliably fast connection, for those who want to work remotely.

Access includes an exterior coin-operated laundry room, secure beach access, heated outdoor pool, 2 new elevators, ice machines and a boardwalk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo. We had everything we needed. The location was great for the sightseeing and activities we wanted to do, and the view was outstanding—think coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise every morning. Steven was a great host, communication was timely, and he shared recommendations and tips that made our stay more enjoyable.

It was a great condo right on the beach. The pool was heated and large. Couldnt walk to groceries or shopping but no problem if you have a car. We would stay there again.

Awesome beachside stay

Loved this condo and the entire property. Comfy bed, couch and outdoor seating. Just a quick walk down the stairs and out the walkway to the beach. I enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife around the area. Steve the host is an excellent communicator.

Wonderful location and host!

We had an incredible time. The location is perfect for a relaxed, quiet beach trip and the host is ideal - they were highly communicative and made all aspects of the experience easy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely stunning direct ocean views

We stayed a full week in late July 2025. The owner Steven kept us updated during the entire booking process. Easy check-in process. The condo itself is ocean front with a short catwalk over the dunes to the beach. The property was ready for us exactly as promised. Clean, stocked with towels and linens. You do need to bring beach towels and chairs. Everything in the condo worked as expected. Great A/C units that kept the property comfortable even in 98 weather. The unit is perfect for a couple, but more than 2 or 3 people it would be rather cramped. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Crescent beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. We loved our time there and look forward to a return visit in their condo next summer. Steven was an excellent host. Highly recommend

Love the beach view!

The condo was ready on time, clean and tidy. While things are a bit dated, they have been well cared for and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances function. The bed was very comfortable. The best feature is the the unobstructed view of the beach. We sat on the porch and watched the waves and at night we watched the stars. The hosts were attentive and easy to reach. I hope we have the opportunity to come back again.

Lots of fun!

The Condo was very clean had all the amenities listed and most importantly it had plenty of towels! Even though our stay was short (2 nights) we really enjoyed the location. The beach was awesome and the view was amazing!

Perfect view from the balcony. Small but a great getaway for a couple. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Easter Sunrise service was right at the end of the board walk, attended by hundreds of people, so beautiful!

It is beautiful there!!!

We had a great time while on vacation. It was great to be able to go to the beach and then just walk back to, what we referred to as, home.. The condo was very nice. It had everything we needed and very comfortable!!!! If I get back that way I'm hopefully going to stay there again.

Condo matched pictures and description. View is very nice from balcony. Unit had all your basic needs for a nice vacation at the beach. Owners were fast to reply and book. Cresant beach is beautiful and about 25 min drive to downtown St. Augustine.

The location was great. There are not many people on the beach at this location. It was easy access to the beach. The condo needs an update. It is small but perfect for two people. It was clean just outdated.

My wife, Janet, and I bought this property at Beacher's Lodge as our personal dream vacation spot. After two years on the rental program, we decided to share this gem in Crescent Beach with close friends and other guests we met at Beacher's. Some of our guests have been staying in our unit for over 25 years, and we’re thrilled to share the space with others. We’ve received many wonderful written reviews, and it brings us joy to offer others the same experience we enjoy. The unit is "cozy," so we recommend no more than two adults.

Janet and I were married in 1995, and this was our first purchase together. We’ve always ensured our guests have everything they need, from special requests to everyday essentials that might have been forgotten. As avid travelers with over 50 cruises under our belt, we understand the importance of comfort in a smaller space like a condo. That’s why we continually add thoughtful amenities to make your stay happy and memorable.

All feedback is welcome, and if we’re booked for the dates you need, we can recommend other great options at Beacher's Lodge. Now retired, Janet and I live just an hour away in Jacksonville, FL. We only ask that you relax and enjoy yourself, and we’re just a call away if you have questions or need anything. "Leave it like you found it" is a phrase we like to use, but don’t stress over the small stuff—your room will always be fresh and clean. We hope to welcome you back again and again!

Steve first discovered Beacher's Lodge while running his own business installing cable TV in new constructions. He noticed the superior construction quality of Beacher's Lodge compared to other oceanfront condos being built in the mid-1980s. Beacher's is close to the ocean but protected by a double set of sand dunes, which are well-established and home to various wildlife like rabbits, gopher turtles, reptiles, and birds. Staying on the second floor offers a close but safe view of this natural habitat, unlike the first floor, where views can be obstructed and lack privacy. The second floor also allows you to enjoy the sound of the ocean with just a screen door, without worrying about wildlife intrusions. The heated pool is perfect year-round, with new chairs, tables, and umbrellas creating a relaxing atmosphere. Gated access to the pool and beach ensures security, and the new, lit, handicap-friendly boardwalk makes trips to the shoreline easy anytime. From the balcony, you can enjoy one of the best views of Crescent Beach, stretching across the entire nine-mile coastline. At night, the city lights are distant enough to see the stars yet close enough to spot the lighthouse sweeps and St. Augustine Pier lights—a stargazer's dream. With all the comforts of home, nearby attractions like the Ancient City and Marineland, and countless memories to create, this is truly the place to be.
