Quiet residential area just a few minutes walk to the local open swimming area & lake and access to the heide.
A private garden to the rear and side with sun all day. The terrace is sheltered with a bbq area and outdoor furniture. There is a restaurant in the village and Edeka, penny, Lidl and many other tourist activities only a few km away.
