Living Spaces:

Step into our living room complete with teak furnishings, floor to ceiling windows, and large sliding glass doors that showcase garden and pool views right past our covered terrace. The natural light, sun shades, and privacy is the reason we love the location of our home. After a long day of surf or relaxation at the beach, unwind on the comfortable sectional sofa that conveniently turns into a pull-out bed for extra room. Gather around the coffee table, and explore our entertainment center filled with a variety of games (cards, jenga, backgammon) and books. Relax here to stream your favorite shows and movies on the 55” Smart TV or cozy up with a good book.

Kitchen & Dining:

We love the design and open nature of our kitchen. It was one of the primary reasons we decided to call Villa de Pina home. Outside of the proximity to surfing, sunsets and amazing restaurants of course :)

Our home has ample space to accommodate dinner parties and is stocked with all of the necessary kitchen amenities like; stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge with an icemaker, an electric range, and full size oven. We’ve also included additional accessories such as an espresso machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, and more.

Savor your morning beverages at the breakfast bar, offering stool seating for four. Whether it's a cappuccino, tea, or fresh tropical juices, this space is perfect for slicing plantains, pouring mimosas, or blending protein smoothies.

For a more formal dining experience, gather around the exotic Guanacaste wood dining table that seats six beneath a cooling ceiling fan, surrounded by vibrant tropical wall art. Enjoy a delightful meal with family or friends in this inviting space.

Bedrooms & Baths:

Discover the luxury of our villa, featuring two master bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. With the addition of a comfortable pull-out couch in the living room, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests.

The primary master bedroom includes a King Bed and ample storage for longer stays with our teak dresser, built in closet, and personal safe.

Our master ensuite bathroom is amazing. We love the large glass door waterfall shower and full size bathtub to relax after a long day at the beach.

The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom. Additionally, a desk and chair cater to those who may need a workspace, ensuring a seamless experience for work-from-home visitors. Multiple video calls and streaming at the same time is no problem.

Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, lotion, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Laundry:

Our Villa is also equipped with a stackable washer and dryer (detergent included), double basin sink, along with an iron and ironing board to keep your wardrobe crisp. In the laundry room you will also find Pool Towels and all of your needs for a day at the beach (beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach blanket, and games).

Outdoor Amenities:

Step from the villa's living/dining space onto a covered terrace, where a sectional sofa invites relaxation, and an outdoor dining table sets the stage for al fresco meals. Our patio is tucked away from the pool and other homes giving you an extra sense of privacy with the garden and palm trees in front of you. In the morning it’s fun to wake up with coffee on the patio and listen to howler monkeys near by.

Just steps from your door, the sparkling blue salt water pool awaits. It has two shallow ends for children or wadding in the water to cool off. The majority of the pool is also large enough for lap swimming and has two jetted tubs for more relaxation.
