The Property:
Our home is a very charming ranch that has undergone a number of renovations in the past few years. The eat-in kitchen was gutted and completely re-done with Silestone countertops and stainless steel appliances. It includes a peninsula that doubles as a breakfast bar for 3-4. The kitchen also has an eat-in nook 6-person table.

You'll have access to many amenities! We have 3 bicycles, a beach umbrellas and 6 chairs. Additionally, our expansive deck has a large propane BBQ grill and two outdoor tables with chairs with a combined seating for 12.

Our heated saltwater pool is a dream to enjoy for hours on end!

There are chaise lounges by the pool along with a side table. We also have some exercise equipment for those looking to keep in shape on top of all the biking and running, including a treadmill in the basement and pool workout floats.

Guests are eligible to purchase the coveted Village Beach pass. It is purchased from the Village of Southampton for $350. It allows parking at beaches not accessible by the non-Village public

Location:
We are located south of the highway in Southampton Village. Main Street with the movie theater, grade A shopping, and even better dining is only a 10 minute bicycle ride or short drive away.

The beaches are even closer. At just 2 miles flat to the nearest beach, you can ride a bike or take a jog and be on Southampton's beautiful sunny shore.

Getting Around:
Southampton is not known for its public transportation. However, the home has parking for up to 5 or 6 cars and we are located in a very convenient area that allows multiple routes into town or to the village beaches. Meaning, we are well connected to a number of inside roads that will help you avoid busy weekend traffic.

Great pool. Perfect location

We had a great week at Lucas’s house. The pool was amazing. Heated and gets sun all day. Perfect location. 5 mins from town and Coopers Beach. House had everything we needed.

Great Vacation in Southampton

We had a wonderful vacation stay in Southampton. The home was everything we wanted and needed. Lucas was very accommodating and responsive to our questions before and during the stay. The home is in great shape, comfortable and very enjoyable. We can't wait to return again.

A good place to stay in the Hamptons

Overall great, many bedrooms, good kitchen, nice backyard pool oasis. Description met expectations. Was charged out of my security deposit for "coffee stains on towels", and they needed to buy new towels. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Do you know how to use a washer and how many times I have spilled coffee and gotten it out. Host was slow to reply through check-in process, booking, and follow-up inquiries.

Great backyard and incredible owner

First and foremost Lucas is the most helpful and responsive owner I have ever rented from in the Hamptons. The house is conveniently located and the backyard is great. The layout of the house is a bit awkward and some rooms could use a little updating. On the whole, a great rental with a terrific owner!

Great stay, good location and easy rental process

Wonderful experience. Clean and nice property with plenty of linens and kitchenware for our group. The location is nice and easy to get everywhere. We had a fantastic weekend and it was made better because we had an easy and convenient rental.

Great Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for our group to spend a relaxing long weekend in the Hamptons! We especially loved the pool/ outdoor space and easy access to town and the beach. Lucas was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodated our early check in request. Thank you, Lucas!

Very centrally located in a quiet neiborhood. House was very adequate & functional for our needs.

Nice deck area with pool & large back yard. Large kitchen a plus! Only negative is that the bathrooms are small but since an older home, that was the style at the time of construction but they are very adequate. I rate the home & amenities a 4 Star.

Perfect Southampton Weekend Getaway!

My girl friends and I needed a vacation away from the city and found Lucas' lovely property. It is located in a quiet area that is central to the beach, the village, and other beautiful homes. The pool was a perfect and necessary staple of the home. Everything was so easily accessible and the home had all the amenities we needed. Lucas was helpful, responsive, and courteous regarding all of our questions and I can honestly say that I would book his home again!

Wonderful Southhampton stay!

A group of my girlfriends and I wanted a weekend getaway outside of the city and it was the perfect home! The backyard/pool was the perfect setting to lounge and cookout! The house was incredibly clean and spacious. We were a quick 10 minute drive into town and bars. Lucas was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We definitely hope to be back next summer!!

Great place! Homey house great pool and yard!

Stayed here with my family. It was really homey feeling and cozy. Not too far from Southampton downtown and the beach by an easy car or bike ride. It has a great pool area that was great for just relaxing between activities. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful

We stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely home. The house was clean and well cared for. The pool and grounds were well taken care of. Our three small children (ages 2, 4, and 6) had a wonderful time running around the spacious backyard. The house is less than 10 minutes from town and very close to many beaches. Lucas was ALWAYS available if needed and took care of our family very well. We will be happy to return! Thank you, Lucas.

Great Summer House

My friends and I stayed here for a week in late July and had a great time! The house is a few miles from the village - quick drive and an easy bike ride. It's situated on a quiet street with little traffic. The house is very spacious and the backyard (deck, pool area) is large and has a great private feeling to it. The house is fully equipped with everything from laundry, beach chairs/towels to outdoor speakers - anything we needed, it was there. Lucas was very responsive which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house, but maybe don't want to give away a great Southampton spot!

Comfy Southampton Home close to the town

Us and several friends recently stayed at this home for a full wedding weekend. After a red-eye from the west coast Lucas was gracious to open the house to us earlier than planned so we could get some sleep. The home was easy to find for the other guests who arrived throughout the day and provided enough parking for our 4 cars. Lucas was quick to respond to questions about the home and the markets in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable, even for myself at 31 weeks pregnant, and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The home is also well stocked for cooking and also provides some basic cooking items (oil, salt, etc). The backyard was spacious and well kept. Four wedding events were planning at various locations in Southampton Friday to Sunday and we were never more than 5 minutes away. This couldn't have been a more perfect location for an excellent price. We would love to stay here again if our travels brings us to Long Island.

Southampton village house

We spent a long weekend in this house in September. The house is much nicer than the pictures! The backyard is large, quiet and private and you really don't get a sense of it from the pictures. The house is well-stocked, has a great location and suited everyone in the group.
