Starboard Village 412 is a deluxe executive three bedroom, three bath condo which sits directly on Pensacola Beach. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the bright and airy décor, panoramic gulf views and large flatscreen TV in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the corner beachfront balcony! The kitchen is equipped with white cabinetry, granite counter tops, eat in bar and is open to the living room. The dining table seats 6 and is positioned for you to enjoy the views of the gulf. The beach front king master suite with Flatscreen Tv includes an updated bath with granite vanity and dual sinks. One of the guest bedrooms is a king with a Tv and DVD player and an updated ensuite bath highlighted by a granite vanity. The third bedroom suite has two full bed and an updated bath with granite vanity. Enjoy the in-unit washer and dryer and free Wifi for your convenience. As an added bonus, this property is located next to the pool. Make your next vacation memory at Starboard Village 412!

Starboard Village is a low-rise beach front complex situated on the dune line of the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola Beach and has only 33 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. There is a community pool and sundeck centrally located on the property near the gulf. Enjoy the paved bike trails, hop on the seasonal beach trolley or the Pensacola Ferry System to explore. You will love being beach front and close to Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Discover why guests return to Starboard Village year after year!

Spring Break

We chose this property because it was right on the beach. The views were not that great because the condo is on the 2nd floor, you can’t see the beach because of the hill that is blocking. The rooms were clean and the check in and out process was a breeze. The location was okay, wasn’t far from the Pensacola Boardwalk.

Over 60 girls Yearly Beach Trip

We are hoping to be able to book this property again next year for our trip. The outside balcony furniture is top notch. Beds were very comfortable and location can't be beat. I never communicated with the owner, as everything suited us perfectly.

Easy to work with

We had a lovely stay at this location. The listing was accurate, and the property management company was very responsive. Parking in the garage was not possible for us due to the height of our vehicle (plus we had a cargo box on top) but there was also a parking space outside the garage for us. This unit was very close to the pool but we did not use that amenity since the gulf was right there! I would recommend this location and I hope to return soon.

Comfortable

This place has the most comfortable furniture of any rental I've ever stayed in. The beds were great too. Even the porch furniture is top notch. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. I didn't have any communication with the owner bc there was no need for it. This is a great unit. We'll be back!

We had a great vacation! The beach access was perfect for my parents “Grandparents” to use multiple times a day. The pool was a great fit for my youngest. The condo was the perfect size for my college kids to fit comfortably. Having two balconies were wonderful for breakfast and alone time. The agents were easily accessible to answer questions. I would book this place every summer if I had the $$ and vacation time.

Beachfront Getaway

Beautiful condo with Pensacola beach and the front yard. Awesome view from the balcony. Parking area is tight if you are in a larger vehicle and supplies in the condo were limited. Property management company made sure everything was set up and we had an easy time with all communications. Only frustration was the cleaning lady showing up an hour and a half before check-out time and then waiting impatiently outside for us to depart. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to take the family.

Beach Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I annually take my extended family to the beach. This was my first stay at Unit 412 and we truly enjoyed, it is a great property. However one should note, you can see the water but the sand dune blocks the view of beach from the unit as reflected in picture and there are 2 parking spots for 412, and one guest spot for the entire complex. So 3 bedrooms having 3 cars can be difficult unless you park outside the unit on the street.

Beautiful location, great communication

We booked this unit for a weeklong stay. We loved that it was right next to the pool and the walkway to the beach. The balconies were a favorite place to hang out. The trolley stop was very convenient for getting down to the boardwalk area. We received notice the day before we checked in that the stovetop was not working correctly. We checked in on a Sunday and on Monday morning maintenance was out to fix it. The only improvements we would suggest would be to add a knife sharpener (the knives were dangerously dull) and a sheet pan or two to the kitchen. We cook most of our meals while on vacation and made due with what was there. Also, the end signal on the dryer is obnoxiously loud and long with no way to change it; it became something to laugh about, but we did need to make sure not to run laundry too late in the evening. Overall, these are minor things and we would definitely recommend this rental.

WE LOVE PENSACOLA BEACH

We like Pensacola Beach way above anywhere else because it is less people and less traffic (with the two national seashores to the east and west) it is sort of locked in to how big it can be. We especially love the west end of PB and working with Pensacola Beach Properties. WE LOVE STARBOARD VILLAGE. Unit 412 is just perfect. We love that it is not a million stories high; therefore the people on the beach is much fewer than beaches with so many high rise condos. IT'S PERFECT. The unit is great. The pool is simple, but our grandchildren say they don't care. They like being so close to the waters edge. You can't go wrong picking Starboard Village Unit 412.

This and That

Hello, we stayed for two weeks but really only 1 Saturday. Our checkin was 4:00pm the Saturday we arrived which gave zero time to unpack go food shopping and no place to change for beach time. Our checkout was on a Saturday at 10am with a list of tasks to do while packing up car and family. However the unit is exactly like the pictures and the beach was perfect walking, the garage allowed us to keep beach stuff right there ( we donated 2 beach chairs to the box in garage) we only had a guest take our chairs once but we found them in a pile in the garage. The area rugs were gross and we did pick up before settling in and the yucky part is there are no vents in any of the bathrooms which keep our stuff damp. However it’s the beach and the unit is well cared for and yes our grandson wants to go back to this unit next year! Oh the property manager responded by dropping off quickly a new toaster because the one in the unit was broken! The young lady was so delightful and engaging. Be happy - be well and thank you!

Great location! Beware of possible construction.

Overall the condo was nice and the listing was accurate. Great location on the beach and didn’t get too crowded on busy days. Pool was perfect for night swims. Cleanliness was ok…the pillows on the couch looked like they had blood stains on them. The dressers in the room in the back looked dirty from paint and crafts, so it was hard to tell if they were even clean in the drawers. Beware of construction. The whole condominium was going through a complete facelift and the property manager has zero control when or where they work. Two mornings we were woken up extremely early to hammer drilling on our patio. The workers did not even Let us know. They would use a ladder to get to the patio, and would just start working without saying a word to us, even if we were right there eating breakfast. They left there trash and dust all over the patio and around the walkways, not even caring to remove them. It was easy to contact the property manager, but they had no control of what the HOA had scheduled for the day. Hopefully if you book, the construction will be done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the layout of this condo. We have been to many different beaches. We ESPECIALLY LOVE the small pool and no hot tub. I KNOW...most people would complain. We like the simple because it is more family friendly and doesn't encourage abuse by kids and drunken folks hanging out. We love that they have a tv and dvd player in each room. A complaint is no pantry. If one stays a week, one needs a place to put stuff. IT IS SO FULLY EQUIPPED, but I think it is time for the owners to pull out every single thing and look and say....."Ok we have enough mixing bowls to run a small let's take these home....and we have 4 of these"....a wee bit of space could be made for food. IT IS A OK there is no garbage disposal. The trash bin is close and it encourages people to respect the plumbing. IT IS just right for us. The pool "keeper" was very thorough each morning hosing off chairs and anything someone might have sweated on or dropped food on.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starboard 412 was a great unit. Wish they would let guests have door openers for the garage though.

Pleasant Surprise!

We LOVE Pensacola so much that we bought a house in Gulf Breeze 8 years ago.I have not needed a rental in quite some time, but due to a Big 50th Birthday weekend for a Family member ,We were forced to seek a property to accommodate the overflow......WOW!!! What a PLEASANT SURPRISE!!! We couldn't have been more pleased! Clean,roomy,convenient and just exactly what we were hoping for! Would rent it again next week!!!
